Bottom For Bitcoin? Causes of the Dramatic Dump...

Hello everyone, how are you doing and how is your life going? I hope you are all well and having a fantastic time with your loved ones. In this piece, I will explore the current Bitcoin fall and the reasons for it. We did not expect the market to fall further, but instead projected that it would alter course from here. However, the market acted contrary to our expectations, and the BTC has been steadily declining over the last four days. The thing that bothers me is that the market is always falling and there is no stability.

FACTOR CAUSING THE BTC DUMP...

Following the recent decision of the FED, which lifted the 0.75 points more, the market reacted favourably. BTC was moving up following the news and people were buying it, but then we saw a drop, which I believe was caused by the news of the FTX exchange going bankrupt. According to my investigation and study, the owner of the exchange loses billions of dollars, resulting in the BTC meltdown.

This exchange is among the best ones and was on par with Binance and others in terms of competence. But in any case, this is the cryptosphere, where anything is conceivable and everything happens instantly. Users lose confidence extremely quickly, which is a concerning development, and panic selling ensues right away. As the information spreads throughout the cryptocurrency community, panic selling begins, which in my opinion leads to customers of the exchange dumping their holdings and causes the BTC crash.

Panic selling has always been risky, and it's one of the key reasons Bitcoin dumps happen so infrequently now. People lose confidence and begin making rash purchases without fully comprehending the situation, which leads to a poor outcome. When 50% of a company's stock was sold in a panic by the owner, the remaining 50% of customers helped to wash it out, which is what happened with the Luna, the result was the same. The USDT peg can quickly collapse and be broken down by panic selling.

Keep in mind that it's wise to cling onto your investments carefully rather than selling them out of a fit of fright. Whales may be manipulated, and if you sell one, you may aid the manipulators in achieving their goals and bringing down the market. There will eventually be a recovery, but it will take time because this is simply a temporary drop. In light of this, it is preferable to hold onto your investments until they reach your desired price. Previous cycles have shown that Bitcoin recovers swiftly.

BOTTOM FOR BITCOIN?

It's a good idea to buy cautiously and sparingly at every slump. Continue buying to bring down your average, and whenever the bull starts, you will profit greatly from it. It's a nice chance to see alternative currencies at a discount, and some whales will take advantage of the situation to purchase their preferred currencies. You have a chance to become wealthy and increase your money with every downturn.

The market as a whole is dependent on news and investors' and traders' panicked selling. In the future, there won't be any more of these dumps if we stop selling in a panic, but everyone has their own opinions, and the market will always reflect that. Spreading false information and inciting panic among users is thus one of the strongest strategies for depressing the market. The less rash selling and tightening of holding, the better.

This is an attempt on my part to provide some insightful ideas and the cause of the most recent BTC fall. I hope the information in this post will be useful to you.
