My Defensive Lineup Couldn’t Stop the Enemy Attack - Whats Special in Kicking Roc Monster?

Today in Splinterlands I got the chance to play a really great battle. I played many battles including some campaign battles where I learned a lot especially about selecting the best monsters and using their abilities effectively.

Although I did not win todays 29 mana battle but it was still a very interesting match to play. Right now I do not have many powerful cards in my deck but I still have several decent cards that I can use in battles.

My main focus is on my cards that I can buy some good cards that can help me in different battles. I will prefer some attack monsters of different mana costs that can help me in different battles. Also armors are the best monsters that can be stored in your decks.

In this 29 mana battle I selected only three monsters while the enemy team selected six monsters so it was basically a 3 vs 6 battle.

I do not have low mana cards that can help me in low mana battles. Because it was low mana battle thats why I had no such good cards to select but still I tried my best.

I tried my best to select the strongest monsters from my deck and do position them strategically. My strategy was more defensive because I already knew that the opponent would have stronger attacking monsters... Since I do not own many powerful attack heroes I decided to enter the battle with armored monsters instead.

I had only one monster whose attack power continuously dealt damage to the enemy. I placed a tank monster on the front line another monster as a secondary tank and then selected an attacking monster behind them.

As soon as the battle started I became almost certain that I would lose but I still believed it would be a tough and competitive match. I wanted to challenge the enemy units with a solid strategy and learn something valuable from the experience.

In this battle, my favorite monster was Kicking Roc. I was truly impressed by its abilities and powers. It has a mana cost of 8 which makes it suitable for medium to high mana battles.

It has 5 health which defines its survivability in battle that means the higher the health the longer it can survive.

Its speed is also 2 which is one of its useful strengths because it helps improve the speed of its attacks. Along with that it is a ranged attack monster with an attack power of 3 meaning it can deal 3 damage every round to enemy monsters.

Unfortunately because it is still at the initial level it does not have any special abilities. If it had a special ability I might have won today’s battle.

However since most of my cards are beginner level cards, lacking abilities makes battles a bit more difficult. Very soon I plan to upgrade these cards and return to the battles with stronger strategies and better performance.

What do you people think about Kicking Roc monster? Do you have this in your deck? will be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
