I was thinking about why there are many social media groups who provides free signals and what are the purpose they do much effort without getting paid. They offer real signals and also they give profits to their people. There are many group you can find which provides with different free signals.

These groups mainly use WhatsApp, telegram, Facebook and even discord channel for their users. There are groups which are real while many of them are used for fake purposes. To be honest the purpose of these GURU'S are same and they want to earn with the help of these people by providing signals.

The first thing they do is to advertise themselves and prove among people that they are very expert in crypto trading. They share different profit shots and share free successful signals as trail. This is what attract people towards themselves and the at the end of the post they also offer you to join their group to share the profits among you.

Its obvious people are more thirsty for money and they want to earn in any way. They think that this is the better and easy way to earn money with free signals. That is how people start joining their groups. Once these groups exceed the number of follower to more than 250 people then they start paid version with much better offers.

What happens in the paid version their profit percentage rises and there is much chance you win every trade. The expert's look for the new altcoins with having less volume so that they can put impact on the price of that coin. Its obvious that the coin with low volume can easily be manioulated.

They made their groups much strong that when they give any order of buy or sell all their group users follow them. They see a coin which has less volume and they call for to buy let suppose A coin. All of the followers will start buying which will give small pump to the coin.

Seeing that pump other investors and traders also starts buying that coin. We traders have the same trading mistake that we dive in a coin which is pumping without knowing the reason for the pump. Once the coin is pumped the experts starts selling to book their profits.

Once they sell all their holdings the second thing they call their followers to close the trade. This is a win win situation for the group admins and they always close their trades with profit. But their followers not always grab win situation because the dump is also as fast as it was pumped.

If i say around 70% of their followers close their trade in profit while the rest 30% are in loss. Those group experts then share the trade in social media to prove their trade success. This is how they manage to grow their group and how they earn from the users.
