Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of fenugreek leaves paratha.It is a very healthy and delicious recipe.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Fenugreek leaves
-All purpose flour
-Salt
-Turmeric powder
-Red chilli powder
-Luke warm water

There are many health benefits of eating fenugreek leaves. The dried one which is called kasuri methi is also used in many dishes. It has litter bitter taste which helps to purify blood. Fenugreek leaves also helps to reduce cholesterol. It is very helpful to the mothers who does breast feeding. It balances blood pressure level. Its consumption also reduces heart problem. It provides long and shiny hairs. It also helps to treat constipation problem. Fenugreek leaves helps to prevent kidney problems. It you are having blemishes on face, it helps to reduce the blemishes too. Diabetes patients are prescribed to eat fenugreek leaves because it helps to control diabetes. It is also useful for skin infection. It also helps to minimise menopause problem. It also promote weight loss

Method:

-Firstly you need to cut the fenugreek leaves. You can use scissors to cut it
-Take all purpose flour and salt and mix well at dry condition
-Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well
-Add the fenugreek leaves and mix well
-Then start adding luke warm water to make a dough
-After the dough is ready, cover it with cotton cloth and let it rest for 30mins
-Then make small dough for roti size
-Start making roti of size you want
-Heat the pan and put the roti and cook both the sides well
-If you are in dieting you can eat like this but if you want to make paratha add ghee add fry it well
