Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of red spinach prawn.It is a very healthy and delicious recipe.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Red spinach -2 bunches
-Prawns-100gms
-Onions-2 medium size
-Salt -according to your taste
-Turmeric powder-1tbsp
-Red chilli powder-1/4 tbsp
-Cumin powder-1tbsp
-Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp

There are many health benefits of eating red spinach. The most important one is it improves the red color of blood to our body. It contains protein, calcium, carbohydrate, pottasium, vitamin A and vitamin C. Eating spinach reduces the problem of asthma. It cures the problem of hypertension. It contains many anti inflammatory properties. Spinach helps to prevent many kind of kidney problems. Eating spinach also improves eyesight. It helps to maintain blood pressure. Spinach helps to boost metabolism system and digestive system too. It also prevents from cancer. Prawns contain high level of protein. It is the great source of omega 3 fatty acids. Eating prawns helps to get healthy skin and hair. It lowers the risk of diabetes. It also promotes healthy heart

Method:

-Heat the oil and add onions and prawns to it
-Fry it until it turns golden brown
-Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder to it . Mix well
-Add water for the masala to get cooked
-Cook the masala and prawns for 10mins
-Add red spinach to it and cover the lid for 5mins and cook
-Open the lid and stir the spinach well
-Add water so that the spinach gets soft
