Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of cauliflower pakoda.It is a very quick and delicious evening snack with tea.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Cauliflower-1medium size
-Chickpea flour-5tbsp
-Turmeric powder-half tbsp
-Red chilli powder-half tbsp
-Cumin powder-1tsp
-Salt-according to your taste

There are many health benefits of cauliflower. Cauliflower contains vitamins and minerals. It is a very good source of vitamin K and vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to boost our immune system. Cauliflower contains anti inflammatory properties which reduces the risk of heart attack and helps to prevent blood vessel. It is a healthy substitute of meat. Cauliflower helps to detoxify our blood and liver. It contains many beneficial proteins and minerals. Cauliflower reduces the risk of cancer. Cauliflowers are rich in anti oxidant and fibre. It improves digestive system. It helps in weight loss

Method:

-Firstly you need to boil the cauliflower with some salt
-Make a barter of chickpea flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder
-Remember not to make the barter thin, make it little thick to coat the pakodas
-Heat the oil in a pan and let it get warmer
-Add the cauliflower peices to the barter and coat them very well
-Add the coated cauliflower to the pan and fry it in medium to low flame

The cauliflower pakoda recipe is ready to eat. Serve it with tea or coffee. Enjoyyyyyyy:)
