COOKING BLOG | The Soft And Delicious Vegetable Koftas !!

Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of vegetable kofta. It is very delicious recipe for the vegetarians. So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Cauliflower- 1 big size
-Potato- 4 medium size
-Onion- 4 medium size
-Tomato- 2 medium size
-Ginger garlic paste- 2tbsp
-Garam masala powder- half tbsp
-Chickpea flour- 4tbsp
-Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
-Red chilli powder- half tbsp
-Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tbsp
-Dry mango powder- 1tbsp
-Coriander powder- 1tbsp
-Yogurt- 2 tbsp
-Cumin seeds- half tsp
-Hing- 1 pinch
-Bay leaf- 1
-Salt- according to your taste

It helps to improve eyesight. Cauliflower helps to boost immune system. It helps to improve the health of bone. Cauliflower helps to prevent diabetes. It is perfect for weight loss. It also helps to detoxify the body. It helps to prevent colitis. Eating cauliflower reduces the risk of heart attack. It helps to fight inflammation. It helps to stimulate iron absorption. Cauliflower helps to control blood pressure. It helps to protect skeleton system. Cauliflower helps to maintain and protect youthfulness. It also helps to purify blood. Cauliflower is rich in fibre, vitamin and minerals.

Method:

-Firstly boil the cauliflower peices with some salt
-Meanwhile grind the tomato and keep it aside
-For the kofta balls we need to grate the boiled cauliflower peices
-Then add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder , garam masala powder and some oil and mix well
-Add chickpea flour and mix well with water
-Now make the kofta balls and keep aside
-Heat the oil and fry the onions until it turns golden brown
-After the onions are fried take it out and let it cool down
-In the same pan add the potatoes and fry them
-After the potatoes are fried take it out and keep aside
-Add some more oil amd let it get heated
-Deep fry all the kofta balls and keep aside
-Meanwhile grind the fried onions with yogurt and make paste of it
-Heat oil and add bay leaf and cumin seeds and let it fry for 1min
-Add the tomato paste and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook for 2mins
-Add the onion paste and again cook for 5mins
-Then add the salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well
-Fry the masala with little water at a time for 5mins
-Then add the fried potatoes to the masala , mix well and cook for 10 mins
-Then add the kofta balls and mix well
-Add garam masala powder and hing and let it cook for 2mins and turn off the flame

The vegetable kofta recipe is ready to eat. Serve it with paratha aur rice. Enjoyyyyyyy:)
