En las imágenes podrán apreciar como unas hormigas ya han atrapado a esta indefensa "lagartija" o "mato"como lo conocemos en mi localidad.

Pude observar como las hormigas, a pesar de ser tan pequeñas, estás actúan todas juntas para obtener el alimento para toda la colmena, si solo unas poco o solo una hubiese trabajado seguramente no hubiese tenido éxito en su misión de conseguir comida, sin embargo todas ellas, han mostrado un espíritu trabajador y sobre todo en unidad.

Esta lagartija es muy grande en comparación a el tamaño de ellas, por lo que era necesario que trabajarán todas juntas, como siempre lo hacen, de hecho en la imágen se pueden observan como logran mover ligeramente la cola del animal.

I was able to observe how the ants, despite being so small, are all acting together to obtain food for the entire hive, if only a few or only one had worked, surely they would not have been successful in their mission to obtain food, however all They have shown a hardworking spirit and above all in unity.

This lizard is very large compared to their size, so it was necessary that they all work together, as they always do, in fact in the image you can see how they manage to move the animal's tail slightly.

Me aparte un rato para hacer otros quehaceres y volví al rato y pude observar que como no pudieron llevarse la presa completa, se la fueron llevando o comiendo poco a poco entre todas, porque de hecho ya no tenía extremidades.

Es probable que estas hormigas se hayan comunicado con las otras para que vinieran a alimentarse, así que se acercaron para también aprovecharse del banquete.

¿Qué lecciones podemos aprender de las hormigas?

Las hormigas no son perezosas, trabajan duro para conseguir lo que quieren. Hacemos bien en copiar su ejemplo al ser laboriosos y no quedarnos en casa lamentandonos por alguna situación que estemos pasando, más bien salir y buscar maneras de solventar la situación.

Las hormigas trabajan en unidad. Aunque ningún ser humano es igual a otro, pensamos diferente, es preciso que copiemos a las hormigas y aprendamos a trabajar unidos, aceptar sugerencias, pedir consejos, tomar en cuenta a los demás, pues en la unidad está la fuerza. Cuando trabajamos solos, es más probable que nos equivoquemos o hasta nos sintamos desmotivados en algún momento, por lo que una segunda y tercera opinión resulta en ganancia.

Es trabajo físico sin duda también es mucho más liviano si se hace en equipo, por lo que vale la pena siempre pedir ayuda.

What lessons can we learn from ants?

Ants are not lazy, they work hard to get what they want. We do well to copy their example by being industrious and not staying at home lamenting some situation that we are going through, but rather going out and looking for ways to solve the situation.

Ants work in unity. Although no human being is the same as another, we think differently, we need to copy the ants and learn to work together, accept suggestions, ask for advice, take others into account, because in unity there is strength. When we work alone, we are more likely to make mistakes or even feel demotivated at some point, so a second and third opinion pays off.

It is physical work, without a doubt, it is also much lighter if it is done as a team, so it is always worth asking for help.
