Últimamente he estado reflexionando sobre la manera en la que nosotros, los usuarios o pececillos de Hive, contribuimos a su crecimiento. Digamos que como usuarios de esta plataforma adoptamos una conducta con el tiempo; cada Hiver piensa de una manera diferente y respetar eso es lo que hace maravillosa a esta blockchain. Estamos ante una de las redes descentralizadas más grandes del mundo, y lo digo con toda seguridad, por lo que cada día más personas se unen a este ecosistema con sueños, ilusiones y esperanzas.

Lately I have been reflecting on how we, the users or minnows of Hive, contribute to its growth. Let's say that as users of this platform we adopt a behavior over time; each Hiver thinks in a different way and respecting that is what makes this blockchain wonderful. We are facing one of the largest decentralized networks in the world, and I say this with complete confidence, so every day more people join this ecosystem with dreams, illusions and hopes.

Es notorio que Hive nos ha ayudado a todos, y claro, a veces habrá días difíciles. Suele ser preocupante el tema de “las recompensas”, porque pensamos que todo este ecosistema depende de ello. Pues, aunque ganar dinero por contenido es una de las premisas de esta blockchain, esta idea no lo es todo; también está la otra recompensa, una que no tiene que ver con dinero, sino con diversión, crecimiento y creatividad. Debemos tener en mente que compartimos ideas para generar un mensaje, una lección, o quizás un entretenimiento. El hecho de que podamos hacerlo de forma libre es sin duda un gran regalo.

Well, although earning money for content is one of the premises of this blockchain, this idea is not everything; There is also the other reward, one that is not about money, but about fun, growth, and creativity. We must keep in mind that we share ideas to generate a message, a lesson, or perhaps an entertainment. The fact that we can do it freely is certainly a great gift.

Ahora bien, ¿cómo procesamos nuestra estadía en Hive? Cuando tenemos ideas erróneas, es obvio que vendrán las decepciones. Digamos que, antes recibías muchos votos, y pensabas que ese hecho te hacía un gran creador de contenido; no obstante, en la actualidad apenas si acumulas unos cuantos HBD. Entonces seguramente dirás: “Hive es decepcionante porque no me votan”. No es así, dado a que debes entender que en toda plataforma social existe algo que se llama “renovación”, y por ende habrá cambios sustanciales que se harán para beneficiar a más usuarios. Está mal creerse el centro del mundo cuando allá afuera hay más talentos que merecen ser recompensados.

It's wrong to think you're the center of the world when there are more talents out there that deserve to be rewarded.

Pero, como lo dije antes, si piensas que estás aquí solo para ganar dinero entonces no lograrás ese triunfo que tanto deseas. Yo por ejemplo mentalizo que Hive es un blog social más que una plataforma de pagos. No estamos en un banco, estamos en un ecosistema que brinda apoyo a las voces del mundo para que puedan expresarse. Hive tampoco es un trabajo, digamos que las recompensas que obtenemos son un incentivo a nuestra creatividad. Así pues, debemos agradecer cada pequeño gesto que obtenemos tanto de curadores como de usuarios. También estamos aquí para hacer amigos, conocer nuevos temas y crecer como escritores.

But, as I said before, if you think that you are here only to make money then you will not achieve that triumph that you want so much. For example, I think that Hive is a social blog rather than a payment platform. We are not in a bank, we are in an ecosystem that supports the voices of the world so that they can express themselves. Hive is not a job either, let's just say that the rewards we get are an incentive to our creativity. So, we should be grateful for every little gesture we get from both curators and users. Algo que le agradezco particularmente a Hive es ayudarme a conocer el incierto camino de las criptomonedas. Ahora, mi horizonte está un poco más despejado, e incluso ya he ido tomando mis cursos virtuales sobre la dinámica de los criptoactivos XD. • The good Hiver: The one who appreciates every little gesture, who is optimistic and trusts Hive. A good Hiver helps other Hivers, guides them, guides them and motivates them. He never refuses even in difficult moments, and is willing to listen to advice. Oh, and also: good hivers never give up.

• El Hiver agrio: es aquel que se queja por todo, que señala curadores y vive armando complots inexistentes. Este tipo de Hivers se creen los mejores pero poco aportan a este ecosistema; son un veneno para la mente.

• The sour Hiver: he is the one who complains about everything, who designates curators and lives by setting up non-existent plots. This type of Hivers are believed to be the best but they contribute little to this ecosystem; they are poison to the mind.

¿Cuál hiver eres tú? Bueno, hay dos caminos que elegir, pero solo uno es el correcto. Pero yo te recomiendo ser un “Buen Hiver”, ¿Por qué? Porque solo así crecerás junto a Hive. Se agradecido, se comprometido, se respetuoso y sencillo; los buenos Hivers somos humildes por sobretodo :-).
