Life can go in a moment... Life and death situations! Week143 ¡Weekend Experiences!

Hi friends of Hive💗

How are you? Nice Sunday✨ I hope you had a nice weekend and well before the end of it, I could not miss the opportunity to join again to the delivery N°143 by @galenkp that as every weekend brings us interesting proposals, without further ado here my participation.

Have you or someone close to you ever been in a life or death situation?

In August 2014, I had two years of dating with my partner still at present, who by then had his own fast food place that closed a little late at night and at closing time we had a trip scheduled to Merida-Venezuela with a couple of friends in the car of one of them, everything went perfect and we undertook our trip safe and sound so far. We arrived to the paramo, we enjoyed and everything was great, one of our friends (the pilot in fact) didn't want to go to a cabin to sleep and we respected his opinion so we told him that we were going to rest a little in the car and then we would visit "La Laguna Mucubaji" and then we would return to our city.

We were in the back of the car and my partner fell asleep in my legs, I also took the opportunity to sleep a little, but always having the sleep weaker than him, I woke up and we were on the move I only managed to say hey, when we hit one of the curbs that divides the street with the cliffs, the impact was so much that threw us to the middle of the street Thank God it was like that, and we did not go straight to the cliffs!

We all came out unscathed, except for a few bruises on the leg and the driver a little dazed and with a bump on his forehead and face from the impact of the crash. None of this would have happened if he had listened to us to sleep and rest, as we had agreed to do.

I have always thought that death may be closer than it seems, but I can't imagine what it would have been like if that little accident had ended our lives and even more so without us knowing it (we were asleep).

It is the closest I have been directly close to death, where clearly that guardian angel that protects me was present and we had a new opportunity and that remained as a product and anecdote of the past, and the two times I have returned to Merida, passing by the place of our accident generates a strange feeling.

Without further ado, I say goodbye and I hope this publication is to your liking friends..

See you soon✨!

Friend, but what an experience, how scary it makes me just to read what is happening to you, I cannot imagine the shock of the moment and the fear of what could have happened, luckily they got out of that situation alive.

Yes, thank God we got out of that stormy day unharmed, although we spent a whole day and a night there waiting for the towing service, but that's all. In a scare😥

How delicate to go through a situation like that Ali, thank goodness your guardian angel accompanied them as you say and it was something that did not become a big deal. I'm glad that everyone is doing well today and well, it's something that remains an experience. Take care of yourselves, a hug 💖

Yes, my Vane, I feel that this protective Angel is always present...
After that I have been to Merida twice and I always remember the place of the accident, thank God it didn't happen and it was just a scare✨.

Sorry to be so late to answer your comment, a hug!

My God what nerves 😱. Thank God it didn't happen to major, but as you say the best thing would have been to rest a little. Still I think it was not their time, God watch over them!!!!🙏🙏

That's right, everything has its time and it wasn't ours, surely a very protective guardian angel!
Sometimes due to the stubbornness of some others we suffer the consequences, but thank God it didn't happen to major and today we are full of life and with a small and beautiful family💖.
