Why Are The Wulvers UNKILLABLE In ULTIMATE DIFFICULTY? | Give Me God Of War

Hello, gamers of Hive. I hope you are doing well.

Gaming is fun for some who play and achieve victory in the end. For more hardcore players, they have “fun” when they complete games in difficult mode. Guess which one I’m.

I wanted a mere taste at the difficulty level of the game and now I am paying for it.

There was an attempt at these damn Wulvers that we get to see in this game. And, I’d argue that they are the even more tough than some of the bosses in the game. I have gone against Ogres, Ancients, and Trolls but none of them match up to these vicious creatures. I remember a point in game where they were fairly easy to deal with… when they were low levelled.

For you to understand it all, let’s start off with the gameplay.

Today’s Gameplay

I started from the beach where the Pirate’s Ship was stuck. I was gonna go out of the beach when my eyes had drifted toward the Realm Tear. I thought, why not? So, I climbed back up there.

I started from the shifting platforms. I had to adjust the heights of the platforms to get it.

It’s use? We could upgrade or change the affinities associated with the talisman, something that I still haven’t unlocked to use.

Now, I was being lazy and didn’t want to go all the way down there so I thought, why not use the zip line, we could reach the beach faster.

Until I met the subject of the post today, these creatures were tenacious and vicious and their attackers were even more terrifying and it could not be blocked. Also, the boat was right behind them and I thought that we would have to kill them there and then otherwise we would not be able to go on our way.
For 7 straight minutes I suffered here. Then I understood that we could leave it without having to deal with them.

I continued to explore the lands that had opened up since the Serpent had shifted its weight. I found the place called Forgotten Caverns and found the captain of ship we were just on. He lead the men into despair and was stranded there all by himself. He merely wanted to express his grief and sorrow. He gave us the location of 3 of his men, to check if they were at peace or not.

So, I left the place and went to the next Realm tower, to see if there was any sign of the “Travellers”, they fetch a good number of steel, hacksilver and XP. But instead, I found another Realm Team. Guess what came of of it.

Died on the first hit… and if you had guessed “Wulvers”, then

I didn’t waste my time on them much and headed for the big thing on the other side.

The traveller was sitting there, muttering by himself.

The battle started from 32:07 to 38:21 after which I was contemplating whether I should challenge the Wulvers again or not.

I let my intrusive thought take over and died many times, again, before I decided to hit the traveller again. Wasted 9 minutes here.

The battle with the Traveller began. It took me 30 minutes, I lost count of the number of times I died, to beat this monster until it turned into health stone, hacksilver, and travellers’ steel.

And, that helped me get the amount of Traveller’s trophy’s and steel to make the belt. It took 13k hacksilver. Worth the buy, the Vitality increase is something I NEED to survive in the hellish difficulty.

Then, I set out for the locations the drowned captain had pointed me toward. I had arrived at one, after rowing and collecting all the random stuff floating about.

I was a bit surprised when I saw them, they Hel-walkers and my axe was powerless against them. It took me 4 minutes to finish them.

And then, a Realm Tear had appeared out of the blue. I contemplate if I should continue the side mission or do this.

I continued with the opportunity I was presented and this time the heavy Draugrs had spawned. They were a bit annoying but they gave me a good amount of Hacksilver.

I used the magic doorway and went to Brök’s. Replenished my resurrection stone and set out once again for the men of the captain.

On the second island too, the enemies were Hel-walkers. Mimir said that this had to be something to do with Odin’s meddling. With the Valkyries gone, he must have been up to something all this time.

It took me 6 minutes to deal with them. This was another moment where Kratos told us why men do the riskiest of things. So, Atreus was accusing the captain for leading his men to their deaths. Kratos told him that his men trusted his judgement and had their undying loyalty toward him. They could’ve left had they felt like doing it but they chose to stay… and fight till death.

The third location was back at Iron Cove, where the Damn Wulvers were. I was convinced to leave this damn area and not finish the task but an idea popped up. I was going to use my Rage bar to track and take down only the Hel-walkers and leave the Wulvers be.
I took a few tries but I got the plan to be successful.

I made my way back to the captain. He considered himself a failure as even after death he could not put his men to rest. He thanks us and wished us luck for the journey we were about to go on.

With all this, I went back at Brök’s at Tyr’s Temple and got the breastplate. It cost 16.4k Hacksilver and 6 Traveller’s armour shard. Not a bad haul except it blew a hole in the cool-down section.

And with that, I finished today’s game.
