My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2022

Crazy day today. It started with a 1-hour walk. For that, I managed to get more than 5,000 points by 6 a.m.

Then I wrote my newsletter Cryptocracy.

By the time I published that, my sister and her husband showed up with their two granddaughters and their son's girlfriend. We ended up having an impromptu family get-together when my niece and her daughter showed up and my nephew's ex brought her three boys over. My nephew made an appearance later when he got off work.

It wasn't long before my brother-in-law and my dad started talking about going into town. My bro-in-law wanted to buy a battery for my sister's jeep and mom wanted some groceries for making lunch. I tagged along.

The three of us moseyed to Tractor Supply then WalMart to take care of our respective shopping lists. When we returned, we all pigged out on home-made tacos.

Afterward, we gathered under a shade tree and watched the kids play in the water. Then we made a TikTok video of the family singing a gospel song together. You can see it on my TikTok @authorallentaylor.

When the clan all left, my wife, my parents and I played dominoes and turned the leftovers into nachos. I ended the day with more than 15,000 points. My highest single-day yet.
