My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2022

Busy day today. It started with a walk. I managed to walk over 5,000 steps by 6 a.m. before doing some work. Then a tow service showed up to take my van to the transmission shop.

When they left, I went back to work.

This afternoon, my parents invited my wife and me to go to another town about an hour's drive away to play some music. They've been doing it for years. I agreed and ended up playing and singing a few songs. On our way home we had a blowout. It took about 40 minutes to put the donut on my mom's car in the dark. I ended the day with more than 10,000 points.
