My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2022

I started the day with my usual walk, but it was 43 degrees. So, I walked fast. And jogged a little bit. I racked up almost 3,000 steps.

I spent most of the rest of the day tethered to my laptop. But I got out and about enough to end the day with more than 5,000 steps.

On the downside, I learned that vehicle will need transmission work. It could set me back as much as $2,700.
