Through Yverdon-les-Bains

A stroll along the city of Yverdon-les-Bains with the Castle located in the heart of the Old town, is a beautiful historically rich medieval fortress, built about 1259. Since 1915 the castle hosted the Yverdon and region museum. Don't miss a stop here when you are in this area.

The Neuchatel lake here in the nearby, is great for a walk along the shore, a refreshing swimming, a boat trip or for a cycling route.
It was around noon a little after lunch, quiet place at this time. Maybe all the people are on the lake in this beautiful weather.

Better to be at the lake around noon to relax during this bright weather. Such types of architecture makes for a great exploration into the past!
