Bought and Opened 18 Gladius Packs

Gladius is one of the editions in the game that is soul-bound which means we can use it in the game but these cards are not tradable. Even though it is an unknown tradable addition in the game still we have the option to burn against DEC token and some people are doing it. I haven't done it ever because I think it's good to have a nice holding this burning I can do even later whenever it is needed. These cards are powerful and because now we have the option to use them in the ranked battle hence the utility of these cards is even greater and with a higher level it can empower the overall gaming experience.

I participate in brawls and as part of my participation, I get rewarded with sps along with merits. We know that the SPS is a governance token and through this reward, it comes in the form of a stake. Merit is another part of the reward that can be used to buy a Gladius pack in the game and I keep on doing it from time to time. I could not do it for the last couple of months and because of that, I had a good balance of merits which I have used in the last two weeks to buy Gladius packs. I am still left with approximately 36K merits and with this balance, I can buy about 18 packs. This post is about it and I will show that what cards I have got out of these eighteen gladius packs that I purchased today.

Bought 18 Gladius Packs

As I mentioned, I had over 100k merits but I have been using it to buy packs and now after this buy, all the balance is used. I have 36710 metrits and the cost of one Gladius pack is 2k merist hence I can buy 18 packs for 36k metrits. My entire balance will be used after this and from now onwards I will try to see if I can use my merit reward frequently. I have entered eighteen quantities for the pack as you can see in the below snapshot.

The next step for me is to click on the button Pay with merits' and confirm the pop-up box to proceed with the transaction. I did confirm this by clicking OK and it took a couple of seconds to confirm the transaction and the balance was visible in my account.

The entire balance is utilised now and you can see that it is showing a balance of 18 packs. Now since the purchase is successful hence it is time for me to move ahead and open these packs to check out what is the surprise inside these packs.

Opening 18 Packs

The opening pack is a fun activity and I think many players like it a lot and even I do. I think it is fun because of the surprise element because we don't know what cards we are going to get out of these packs and these cards can be legendary epic rare or common. These are the cards I have gotten out of the 18 Gladius packs and today was not a great day for me it seems because I did not get even a single legendary. It is obvious that we can't expect legendary every time but the last two times I had got one legendary card.

I have got 4 epic cards and 9 rear cards in terms of variety however if I go with the count then it is higher because out of eighteen packs I got ninety cards in total. I will be levelling up all these cards because these cards will be helping me in my ranked battles along with the brawls of course.

Even some common cards are good in this edition because Gladius cards are usually more powerful than the normal cards in the game. Playing Brawl is good because we can get the merit that can be used to buy these bags and cards of course which is good.

It was a good experience to buy a pack and I am happy that I have got these cards. As I have already mentioned that we can't expect legendary every time because it is a random process hence sometimes I can get and sometimes I cannot but whatever it is I am very happy to have all these cards. Now the participation for the next brawl season will be starting which I will do today and then we'll see what reward I'm going to get. I get about 6 to 7 K merits every season and the reason why accumulate is because I prefer to buy more packs in one go and not just two 3 packs every couple of days. I will be accumulating the merits certainly but hopefully will not give it a long gap like I did this.
