James got the boos of his life. He regretted attending the commissioning ceremony of the ultramodern hospital. As he sat quietly in his room, he kept wondering what must have gone wrong and how he became the chief idiot. Who must have sold him out to the people so as to be hated this much?

Something then struck him like a thunderbolt. "Chief Udoka"!!!, he exclaimed. He then recalled with disdain how he overheard Chief Udoka telling some other red cap chiefs how he almost purportedly thwarted his application to government for citation of a health centre within their community.
