Hoy vengo por aquí a contarles como estoy siendo muy feliz mientras desarrollo una de mis grandes pasiones, esta es liderar equipos, no porque me lo proponga, sino porque desde que era una niña se me ha dado muy natural hacerlo de una forma muy positiva.

Today I come here to tell you how I am being very happy while developing one of my great passions, which is leading teams, not because I propose it, but because since I was a child it has been very natural for me to do it in a very positive way.

Cuando pretendo no liderar algo debo esforzarme por mantener un bajo perfil porque si no, bueno, ya vamos a saber cuál será el resultado. Lo más bonito de todo es que he aprendido a desarrollar habilidades para el trabajo en equipo, lo que me ha permitido construir un liderazgo colectivo, he incluso convertirme en una fábrica de otros líderes, por decirlo de alguna manera, porque ha sido muy satisfactorio para mi ver brillar a quienes me han acompañado en las diferentes etapas de mi vida.

When I pretend not to lead something I must strive to keep a low profile because if I don't, well, we'll know what the result will be. The most beautiful thing of all is that I have learned to develop teamwork skills, which has allowed me to build collective leadership, I have even become a factory of other leaders, so to speak, because it has been very satisfying for me to see those who have accompanied me in the different stages of my life shine.

Bueno, es así. Debemos ser siempre muy humildes, sobre todo cuando queremos aprender, pero la verdad también hay que decirla y debemos ser los primeros en reconocer nuestras fortalezas, por nuestra salud y autoestima es importante que no necesariamente esperemos que los demás nos hagan saber aquellos aspectos por los que podemos ser valiosos, debemos valorarnos y querernos.

Well, that's how it is. We must always be very humble, especially when we want to learn, but the truth must also be told and we must be the first to recognize our strengths, for our health and self-esteem we mustn't necessarily expect others to let us know those aspects for which we can be valuable, we must value and love ourselves.

No sé si han escuchado o leído algo sobre, que cuando encontramos algo que nos gusta hacer, este algo resuelve un problema para el mundo y a la vez te pagan por eso, entonces hemos encontrado nuestro propósito.

I don't know if you have heard or read anything about, that when we find something we like to do, this something solves a problem for the world and at the same time you get paid for it, then we have found our purpose.

Si de eso se tratara, debo admitir que me falta el punto en que obtenga una buena retribución económica para vivir feliz con mi propósito, o uno de mis propósitos, porque no me resigno a tener solo uno.

If that were the case, I must admit that I'm missing the point where I get a good economic retribution to live happily with my purpose, or one of my purposes, because I'm not resigned to having only one.

Pero resulta que aunque soy muy, pero muy feliz con mi trabajo siendo una servidora pública, liderando un equipo y llevándolos a todos en la medida de lo posible a su crecimiento y evolución personal, profesional y organizacional, realmente falta la parte de contar con una retribución económica suficiente como para poder vivir tranquila cumpliendo ese propósito.

But it turns out that although I am very, very happy with my work being a public servant, leading a team and taking them all as far as possible to their personal, professional, and organizational growth and evolution, I am missing the part of having sufficient economic retribution to be able to live peacefully fulfilling that purpose.

Como para que puedan tener una idea del amor por lo que hago, allí estoy, en los peores momentos me mantuve y realmente podría continuar un tiempo más, porque de verdad me siento muy bien con mi equipo y hacemos algo importante.

Just so you can have an idea of my love for what I do, there I am, in the worst moments I kept going and I really could continue for a while longer, because I feel very good with my team and we are doing something important.

It all started with a fantastic breakfast provided by all of us.

¿Qué estamos haciendo concretamente en este momento?
Desde hace tres semanas iniciamos unas jornadas de fortalecimiento e integración de mi oficina, que es aproximadamente un equipo de 50 personas, aprovechando el magnífico talento que tenemos entre nosotros, entre los que tenemos compañeros que se han formado como coach y entre todos organizamos grupos de trabajadores manejables, de entre 12 y 15 personas para trabajar en formato taller temas cómo:

• Identificación y compromiso para construir misión y visión.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Inteligencia emocional.
• Escucha activa.
• Liderazgo.

What are we doing concretely at the moment?
Three weeks ago we started some days of strengthening and integration of my office, which is approximately a team of 50 people, taking advantage of the magnificent talent we have among us, among which we have colleagues who have been trained as coaches and between all of us we organize groups of manageable workers, between 12 and 15 people to work in a workshop format on topics such as:

• Identification and commitment to building mission and vision.
• Teamwork.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Active listening.
• Leadership.

Y luego el viernes de cada semana una actividad en la que cada uno se inscribe como speaker para que durante 20 minutos pueda desarrollar el tema libre que escoja con tres intensiones, conocernos más entre compañeros, motivarnos y practicar herramientas de oratoria para hablar en público, porque antes de que todo esto iniciara ya habíamos hecho entre todos un taller de oratoria.

La verdad que todo lo hemos hecho contribuyendo económicamente entre nosotros mismos y desarrollando todo a lo interno de la oficina.

And then on Friday of each week an activity in which everyone signs up as a speaker for 20 minutes to develop a free topic of their choice with three intentions, to get to know each other better, motivate each other and practice public speaking tools for public speaking, because before all this started we had already done a public speaking workshop among all of us.

Resulta, que hace un poco menos de un mes, le pedí apoyo a @orimusic para que me ayudara en algunas cosas de trabajo y la animé para que se inscribiera y nos hablara a todo el equipo sobre Hive.

It turns out that a little less than a month ago, I asked @orimusic to help me with some work stuff and I encouraged her to sign up and talk to the whole team about Hive.

Ese gran día ya llegó y será mañana, tendremos dispuesto este escenario de alrededor de 50 personas que tendrán la oportunidad de conocer sobre Web3 y por qué Hive es tan importante en el crecimiento de la nueva forma coexistir en la red.

That great day is here and it will be tomorrow, we will have arranged this stage of about 50 people who will have the opportunity to learn about Web3 and why Hive is so important in the growth of the new way to coexist in the network.

Además, hemos ideado que nuestra participación en el marco de esta jornada se realice como una de las primeras actividades de @hiveccs Hive Caracas, coalición de la que ambas formamos parte muy activa, al igual que @antonyjimenezve que también está con nosotras en esto y que nos servirá para que el equipo, porque también nos acompañaran otros compañeros de Hive, tomemos nota de la experiencia para tener en cuenta aquello en lo que debemos trabajar para ser una excelente coalición que traiga beneficios a todo el ecosistema de Hive.

In addition, we have thought that our participation in the framework of this day will be one of the first activities of @hiveccs Hive Caracas, a coalition of which we are both very active part, as well as @antonyjimenezve who is also with us in this and that will serve for the team, because we will also be accompanied by other Hive colleagues, to take note of the experience to take into account what we should work on to be an excellent coalition that brings benefits to the entire Hive ecosystem.

Tenemos muy bonitas expectativas de esta actividad, sobre todo porque en las sesiones anteriores, cuando otros compañeros han participado en sus 20 minutos para hablarnos sobre sus pasiones, nos hemos dado cuenta de que tenemos entre nosotros mucho talento y motivaciones que pueden ser compartidas para el disfrute de todos en Hive, si logramos entusiasmar a algunos en el equipo para que comiencen a aprender lo bonito que es crear y enseñar al mundo lo que hacemos sin entregar nuestro trabajo a corporaciones que manejen todo a su antojo y nos dominen con un algoritmo.

We have very nice expectations of this activity, especially because in the previous sessions when other colleagues participated in their 20 minutes to tell us about their passions, we realized that we have among us a lot of talent and motivation that can be shared for the enjoyment of all in Hive if we can get some in the team excited to begin to learn how beautiful it is to create and teach the world what we do without giving our work to corporations that manage everything at will and dominate us with an algorithm.

Así que este viernes 9 de diciembre estaremos muy contentos de presentarnos ante este numeroso grupo de personas para contagiarlos de nuestras buenas vibras con las que construimos nuestra cadena.

So this Friday, December 9, we will be very happy to present ourselves to this large group of people to infect them with the good vibes with which we build our chain.

Todo esto tiene gran sentido para mí, porque esos compañeros de mi trabajo, de los que me encuentro al frente por el momento y que creen en mí y me han demostrado su apoyo más allá de un trabajo formal, una vez más se llevaran algo extra, un motivo para seguir siendo un gran equipo y yo estaré feliz de acompañarlos de la mano en su crecimiento.

All this makes great sense to me, because those colleagues from my work, those who believe in me and have shown me their support beyond a formal job, will once again take something extra with them, a reason to continue being a great team and I will be happy to accompany them hand in hand in their growth.
