Bueno amigos este día es muy diferente a los demás porque en el parque hubo mucha motivación entrenamos todos juntos mi compañero y yo tratando de conseguir nuevas combinaciones cada una con su dificultad siempre corrigiendo cada una para tener más progreso y evitar cualquier tipo de lesión no deseada. Bueno en Apure siempre tratamos de llevar el Street Workout a otro nivel hubo mucha motivación gracias al apoyo de mi compañero de entrenamiento traje este tipo de motivación donde verán todos los atletas del estado de Apure verán combinaciones de estática y dinámica motivándonos para las próximas competencias que se avecinan hemos estado practicando nuevas combinaciones de dinámica y estática.
Well friends this day is very different from the others because in the park there was a lot of motivation we trained all together my partner and I trying to get new combinations each one with its difficulty always correcting each one to have more progress and avoid any kind of unwanted injury. Well in Apure we always try to take Street Workout to another level there was a lot of motivation thanks to the support of my training partner I brought this kind of motivation where you will see all the athletes in the state of Apure will see combinations of static and dynamic motivating us for the next competitions coming up we have been practicing new combinations of dynamic and static.
