En esta hermosa oportunidad les compartiré con mucho cariño distintas fotografías de todo mi entrenamiento del día 31 de enero, donde hice distintos movimientos estáticos y donde podrán ver algunos movimientos estáticos que he estado practicando. Las fotografías fueron tomadas en el parque, las ballenitas fue un gran día de entrenamiento, decidí hacer distintas tomas de mis estáticos.
Algunas fotografías fueron practicado la one arm planch es un movimiento estático muy llamativo del street workout. Estoy motivado en mejorar mucho más.
In this beautiful opportunity I will share with much affection different pictures of all my training on January 31, where I did different static movements and where you can see some static movements that I have been practicing. The pictures were taken in the park, the whales was a great day of training, I decided to make different shots of my static.
Some pictures were practicing the one arm planch is a very flashy static movement from street workout. I am motivated to improve a lot more.
