Estas distintas, planche que me pareciera muy llamativas, ya que es un movimiento que se puede ejecutar en cualquier lugar en donde este movimiento es ejercicio estático llamado planche y es un estático que tiene distintas combinaciones y diversos agarres, este es un movimiento muy conocido en la Calistenia Street Workout.
Amo este gran estático por el hecho de que lo puedes hacer en cualquier lugar donde estés, ya que es un ejercicio que se puede hacer en suelo, en barra fija y en paralelas, les quise compartirles, está distintas fotografías por el hecho de que he mejorado mucho la técnica a la hora de ejecutar estos movimientos.
