[ENG/ESP] Splinterlands Brawl Report - PIZZA 2 GUILD 24/Nov/2021 and a bit of chitchat

Hello! Has been a long time since my last commented post, i like to post things, but make this sort of post is something than take me several hours and usually i preffer to use that time to play a game or see videos in youtube xD. But anyway i will try to post more often.

Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde mi última publicación comentada, me gusta publicar cosas, pero hacer este tipo de publicaciones es algo que me lleva varias horas y por lo general prefiero usar ese tiempo para jugar un juego o ver videos en youtube xD. Pero de todos modos intentaré publicar más a menudo.

Is crazy how the price of the Hive token is growing and growing, i remember some months ago when i did come to hive for the first time and was in 30 cents each, it makes me wonder how much Hive can grow and how much the people can win profits just by making content in the platform. Hive is something really awesome.

Es una locura cómo el precio del token de Hive está creciendo y creciendo, recuerdo hace algunos meses cuando vine a Hive por primera vez y estaba en 30 centavos cada uno, me hace preguntarme cuánto puede crecer Hive y cuánto la gente puede obtener ganancias simplemente creando contenido en la plataforma. Hive es algo realmente asombroso.

I have been thinking about doing giveaways in the future, but I must think in a way to do it in a more efficient way than usual, I mean, imagine making a post where more than 50 people comment, now imagine having to put those names on a program every day to be able to carry out the giveaway, copy-paste-copy-paste over and over again sounds a bit ineficient, don't you think? I wish there was some app in hive that does that for you, if I were a blockchain app programmer I would think of creating one and making a token that you have to stack to use the app or something like that.

He estado pensando en hacer sorteos en el futuro, pero debo pensar de alguna manera para hacerlo de una manera más eficiente de lo habitual, es decir, imagina hacer un post donde comenten más de 50 personas, ahora imagina tener que poner esos nombres en un programa todos los días para poder realizar el sorteo, copiar-pegar-copiar-pegar una y otra vez suena un poco ineficiente, ¿no crees? Ojalá hubiera alguna aplicación en Hive que hiciera eso por ti, si yo fuera un programador de aplicaciones blockchain, pensaría en crear una y hacer un token que tengas que stackear para usar la aplicación o algo así.

Regarding other ideas to make a post, maybe I will make one about the tokens with commands, you already know those like !PIZZA or!LUV, since whenever I try to find information about some of these tokens it is difficult for me, so do that and share it seems useful to the community. Apart from that, I have been making a spreadsheet in excel to calculate the profit in Cryptobrewmaster in a relatively precise way, when I finish it I plan to publish it and talk in detail about its economy but I must say that finishing such a thing will take me a long time x_x , there are too many variables in that game that affect your winnings. But hey, let's cut the chitchat, after all you come here for the brawl (or not?) So let's go!

Respecto a otras ideas para hacer post, quizás haga uno sobre los tokens con comandos, ya sabes esos como !PIZZA o !LUV, ya que siempre que intento buscar información sobre algunos de estos tokens se me hace difícil, así que hacer eso y compartirlo parece útil para la comunidad. A parte de eso, he estado haciendo una hoja de cálculo en excel para calcular las ganancias en Cryptobrewmaster de forma relativamente precisa, cuando la termine planeo publicarla y hablar en detalle sobre su economía pero debo decir que terminar tal cosa me llevará un buen rato x_x, hay demasiadas variables en ese juego que repercuten en tus ganancias. Pero bueno, cortemos la cháchara, después de todo vienes aquí por las brawl (o no?) así vamos!

Ok, first battle. The opponent cant use ranged so can't snipe and also just can use melee and magic, my first though was to use Bortus + Oshanus combo to be guarded agains magic, and also include Venary wavesmith to handle better the melee. For water splinter i don't have the TORHILO THE FROZEN and the rest of melee cards are not good at all so i preffered to go full magic. Sadly my oponend did the same but added a lot more of melee damage and my composition was not enough to handle that. Maybe i must consider to buy Torhilo, mmmm...

Ok, primera batalla. El oponente no puede usar ataques a distancia, así que no puede snipear y también solo puede usar cuerpo a cuerpo y magia, mi primer pensamiento fue usar el combo Bortus + Oshannus para estar protegido contra la magia, y también incluir a Venary Wavesmith para manejar mejor el cuerpo a cuerpo. Para el splinter de agua no tengo a TORHILO THE FROZEN (ya sabes, el toro de hielo) y el resto de las cartas cuerpo a cuerpo no son muy buenas que digamos, así que preferí ir con magia a full. Lamentablemente, mi oponente hizo lo mismo, pero agregó mucho más daño cuerpo a cuerpo y mi composición no fue suficiente para manejar eso. Quizás debería considerar comprar a ese toro...

Oh shoot, i don't have many high mana cards for water splinter. With this ruleset i usually put Oshannus in second position because most people like to use magic, and in the first position Sea monster, mostly because is very probably that the opponent do not will attack the monster of the first position with high damage, so is a good idea put it there. Sadly my lack of high mana cards was my doom x_x. My opponent had 5 legendary cards, crap.

Oh diablos, no tengo muchas cartas de maná alto para el splinter de agua. Con este conjunto de reglas normalmente pongo a Oshannus en segunda posición porque a la mayoría de la gente le gusta usar magia, y en la primera posición Monstruo marino, sobre todo porque es muy probable que el oponente no ataque al monstruo de la primera posición con un daño alto, así es. una buena idea ponerlo ahí. Lamentablemente, mi falta de cartas de alto maná fue mi perdición x_x. Joder, mi oponente tenía 5 cartas legendarias, no mames!

I'am the sort of player that always try to be protected agains magic, why? because a lot of pleople REALLY LIKE to use magic in this game (including me xD), and with Explosive weapondry in the table, is something that you can't ignore. Because of that Prismatic energy was my election to the first position and Bortus my summoner. And just in case i added Axemaster cuz double attack + Explosive weapondry is a good combo.

Soy el tipo de jugador que siempre intenta protegerse contra la magia, ¿por qué? porque a mucha gente REALMENTE LE GUSTA usar la magia en este juego (incluyéndome a mí xD), y con Explosive weapondry en la mesa, es algo que no puedes ignorar. Debido a eso Prismatic energy fue mi elección para el primer puesto y Bortus mi invocador. Y por si acaso agregué Axemaster porque el ataque doble + el Explosive weapondry es una buena combinación.

"Big minds think alike". "There are not water splinter, so why someone will thought in use a magic team?", this is the kind of thinking someone would normally have (or so i think), in my head you can use this to make a surprise attack! I really like to do this with Delwyn occasionally. Some low-mana tanks a Serpentine mystic (because life splinter have a lot of healers, so affliction is very useful to this) and some more magic damage and that is! Note that I put the one with the most speed in the second position, life has several cards that use range attack to put that there and add Creeping ooze would probably help. And just in case, prismatic energy would help with his high HP (in case of sneak cards) and to counter some magic.

"No hay splinter de agua, así que ¿por qué alguien va a pensar en usar un equipo mágico?", Este es el tipo de pensamiento que alguien normalmente tendría (o eso creo), en mi cabeza puedes usar esto para hacer un ataque sorpresa! No melee attacks, so my opponent can use just magic and ranged. Contessa lament is useful with ranged so i decided to use it to protect me agains that, also we have opportuniy, so if i can lower his speed and strike hard first probbably will make enough damage to take it down some low HP cards. Also prismatic energy will help against magic, and for the first time could use Liza fox to test her efficiency. My opponent some high HP cards with good damage, so was impossible to make enough damage to win this. Maybe a physical damage tank would have helped, but I couldn't use Harklaw and Onyx sentinel seemed a bit risky to me. Damn, I couldn't even touch his Poseidon.

No hay ataques cuerpo a cuerpo, por lo que mi oponente puede usar solo magia y a distancia. Direct the opponent's attacks to Shielbearer would allow me not to have to worry about he/she attacking someone weak who is not in the first position, so taking advantage of Explosive weapondry I decided to use Daria and several cards with sneak and Dragon Spirit in the second to tank some damage.

With super sneak ON, is very probably that my opponent decided to use some melee cards, so with Mylor i can counter that. There are not much attack power because little league, but Granadier does a lot of damage to be just a 3 mana card, so i decided to add it and put earth elemental just in case of snipe. Tower griffin in the back because of the super snipe, some more damage and healt with Bark spider and Wood nymph to heal my "tank" (is hard to me consider Biceratops a tank xD) and Earth elemental if my tank dies.

Con super sneak ON, es muy probable que mi oponente haya decidido usar algunas cartas cuerpo a cuerpo, así que con Mylor puedo contrarrestar eso. No hay mucho poder de ataque debido a Little league, pero Granadier hace mucho daño por solo 3 puntos de maná, así que decidí agregarlo y poner Earth Elemental en caso de snipe. Tower Griffin en la parte de atrás debido a la súper snipe, algo más de daño y sanación con Bark spider y Wood nymph para curar mi "tanque" (es difícil para mí considerar a Biceratops como un tanque xD) y a Earth elemental si mi tanque muere.

I got the 6th place in this brawl, it had not been my best position, but not the worst either xD (in my first brawl i did not win not even once x_x).

Conseguí el 6º puesto en esta brawl, no ha sido mi mejor posición, pero tampoco la peor xD (en mi primera brawl no gané ni siquiera una vez x_x).

Regarding the guild, we got the 3th place! That is nice!, next time will go for the first spot.

En cuanto al gremio, obtuvimos el tercer lugar! Eso es genial. A por el primer lugar!
