Health - What do you do to stay healthy? Do you think it is important to take care of yourself to stay healthy? What do you enjoy most of all the things you do to stay healthy?

Health they say is wealth. A healthy body and mind will definitely guarantee a good living. It is therefore important to take care of our health so as to remain in good health.

One may therefore ask, "what do you do to stay healthy?" People most times do several things to stay healthy. Take for instance eating good food. We need to eat good and nutritious foods to stay healthy. Good food nourishes our body and keep us !ALIVE.

Eating fruits and regulating what we eat also ensure healthy living.
It does not only end with eating good food but also eating same at the right or appropriate time. Eating at random should be avoided to stay healthy. Eating junks too should be eschewed. Skipping of meals does not guarantee good and healthy living. It may even lead to some health problems like anorexia, ulcer and other health problems.

Another way to ensure healthy living is by exercise. Doing exercises regularly ensures that we stay fit and healthy. Burning of fat and ensuring that blood circulate properly are just few benefits of exercise. It also aide our brain 🧠 to function optimally.

We cannot forget rest and sleep too. We need to rest properly so as to give the body some time to rejuvenate and relax our muscles. Also, sleep ensures that the total body is put at rest and by the next day it will be ready to set sail. Lack of sleep or even inadequate sleep causes loss of memories and attention.

To stay healthy therefore, we need to sleep and rest our body. Adequate sleep is considered as something between 6-8 hours per day. Most people sleep far less than this and it does not ensure a healthy living.

Being cheerful and always putting up a right attitude towards everything will also ensure that one lives a healthy life. Eat good food 🥑🥝 today; rest, sleep and exercise to ensure a healthy living.

Eating right is a must, but unfortunately, there's a lot that is so tasty that isn't healthy! Exercise is something we all need to do to be able to keep moving, especially as we age. Oh, for more sleep! Our world doesn't want us to sleep, but it's necessary for our bodies to function well.
