Am I not a Role Model?

Source

Like none of us is perfect, there is no one without some potentially good qualities. Everyone of us have some traits that are worthy of emulation and others would want to adopt them. Such qualities make us the role models for others. While it is important to be aware of one’s minuses, it is equally cardinal to acknowledge one’s pluses. Such an awareness makes us able to elevate our strengths and alleviate our weakness.

The current Hive Learner’s Topic to think of traits that make oneself a role model is encouraging in a sense that it would boost one’s self-esteem and self-confidence. In accordance with the topic I am going to describe some of my qualities that may make me a role model for others.

Trustworthiness

I think the most important trait that makes a person valuable is trustworthiness and dependability. I got this trait from my father. If somebody trusts me for something I never let him down. If I accept a responsibility, I fulfil it by any means. If something is not possible for me to do, I simply refuse to do. I hate keeping a person in dark and ditching at the last moment. If I have agreed to do something the other person can relax and be assure that the task would be done

Honesty, sincerity and Dedication

Be it a relationship, role or work I do my part with complete honesty. In the relationship, I give my 100% with sincerity and selflessness. I wouldn’t want to cheat.
Tasks can be done superficially in lesser time but it never satisfies me. Whatever I do, I dedicate myself to it. It doesn’t matter whether or not it gives me benefits, I would perform the work in the best way I can. Some years ago, I was writing research papers as a freelancer. I was getting very low payment for the work but it didn’t make me do the work with lesser efforts. I always wrote with my heart as if it was my own submission.

Open-mindedness and Respectfulness

I accept people who they are. I don’t try to impose my belief and ideologies on others. I respect everyone’s faith and principles.
I understand the fact that differences are inevitable in the world and they are not meant to create hatred but beauty around us. I am open to hear and understand what people think and feel. I may not agree but I would not be disrespectful for whatever they are into.
Because of Open-mindedness I am able to maintain harmony in my public and private relationships. It saves me from falling into unnecessary quarrels and conflicts.

Gratefulness

Gratefulness is a trait that makes us appreciative about our lives. I not only display gratitude to God but also to people around me. I let people know how thankful I am to them for the favours they do to me. It makes me happy and I am sure it gives positive emotions to others as well.

Sum Up

Trustworthiness is the quality that I think is the most valuable trait if my personality. It makes me a role model. Open-mindedness is another important trait that makes me exemplary. Gratefulness, honesty and dedication are other pluses that my personality posses. Don’t they make me a role model?😉

I love the gratefulness part. It makes people and God happy when you show appreciation for what was done to you. That is such a great trait one needs to develop because it also helps one too.

As a trustworthy person, you wouldn't want to disappoint someone trusting you for some thing and the best thing to not let them down is making them know if you'd do what they want or not in a polite manner.

These are beautiful traits from you 😍😍😍

Gratefulness is indeed a trait that spreads peace around us.

You are right that it is not possible to do everything all the time so it is always better to let people know in a polite manner.

Thanks for coming, princess ♥
