The Garden Railroad, Early Winter Edition Video

Hello, hivers!

This started out with me buying some 12 inch patio paver blocks to use inside my greenhouse for stepping stones in the back area. With all the snow that we recently got, I was thinking about moving them to the greenhouse with my sled, but then the weather changed.

We had gotten about a foot of snow overnight about a week ago. I wasn't going to bother clearing the railroad tracks, but the forecast was calling for 2 days in the 40s F and some rain. It seemed like a good idea to use the snowblower to clean off the tracks before the warm spell, so that the rain would finish clearing the rails.

After all of that, it suddenly seemed like a decent idea to use my railroad flatcar to haul the pavers from the alley to the greenhouse. I also decided that it might be an idea to take some video of that process for my youtube channel. So, I ended up with the video that I am linking here.

I hope you enjoy the video! 😀

The greenhouse looks great! Glad you were able to get 1 winter time use out of the railroad.

Very very cool, congratulations on finishing the project. I could really use one of those here to haul the water buckets from the stream, I wonder if it would be cheaper than a solar water pump?
