Overcoming academic stages with our child

Dear readers, in life it is said that the human being is destined to be born, grow and reproduce, however, in each of these stages we develop processes that form you as a human being through different experiences acquired on a personal and educational level. We mention this, because today has been emotional, since we are living a new experience in the educational formation of our firstborn José Ernesto, who has reached one more step by successfully passing the 6th grade of primary education.

During his journey in primary education, he made us remember our experiences as students, however, as parents we have the responsibility to guide him and instill values such as respect, responsibility, discipline, companionship among others, so that he can achieve his goals satisfactorily. In the academic accompaniment stage, pleasant situations arise and others not so much, because in each subject the child can present skills and abilities that strengthen their knowledge, while, in others, learning is difficult for them, and that is where the support of parents is of vital importance.

With our son, there was a challenge due to the changes that face the education sector, because of the pandemic that is going on at the global level, we are sure that for all of the parents was a challenge, since, next to the master plans were designed to develop the education from home, which forced us to be their teachers, being a weakness, the comfort of home, since they generate many distractions, lack of interaction and recreation; as children of the school stage, talking about recess is a whole experience, because friendship bonds are strengthened, dialogue and cooperation that help develop the personality of a sociable individual.

Currently, he managed to return to the classrooms, which allowed to observe the interest of our son to live again the experience of sharing with their peers, enjoy the support of their teachers, and day-to-day to recreate an adventure in the campus, since she was able to develop activities of cultural, sports, social and recreational. It is important for us to see how our son advanced to the level of secondary education, where he will acquire significant learning in different areas of knowledge, and our goal as a father is to continue guiding him so that in the return of a few years he can reach university education.
