Venezuelan roads have always been a vibrant scene, but since the 2000s, the country’s streets have been transformed into a theatre of the absurd. Traffic lights have lost their authority, becoming mere urban ornaments in the face of the indifferent gaze of drivers and passers-by. The Highway Code, a robust and detailed compendium, lies forgotten; it is a dead letter in a country where authority is conspicuous by its absence or, worse still, rears its head only to harass and abuse.
In this chaotic ecosystem, motorcyclists have established themselves as the absolute masters of the roads. They weave their way between cars with astonishing recklessness, convinced that danger is an illusion. They are joined by pedestrians who cross as if they had superpowers, and shrewd drivers who confuse recklessness with bravery. All operate under the same cloak of arrogance: the false belief that they will never be involved in a disaster, that death always pursues someone else.
But physics knows nothing of local resourcefulness or inflated egos. When anarchy and speed converge at the same point, the inevitable car crash abruptly shatters our everyday lives. The deafening sound of twisted metal and shattering glass jolts us awake. That road traffic accident is not merely a collision between machines; it is a head-on collision between a society and its own lack of discipline. On every bloodstained avenue, the dreaded car crash seeks to remind people, in the most tragic way possible, that a lack of civic-mindedness always exacts the most painful toll: life itself.
Here in Canada, people are more civilised, because the consequences of breaching traffic regulations are severely punished with heavy fines, leading to the long-term suspension of driving licences, as well as arrest and, depending on the severity, imprisonment.

El asfalto venezolano siempre ha sido un escenario vibrante, pero desde aquella década de los dos mil, las calles del país se transformaron en un teatro del absurdo. Las luces de los semáforos perdieron su autoridad, convirtiéndose en simples adornos urbanos ante la mirada indiferente de conductores y transeúntes. La ley de tránsito, un compendio robusto y detallado, yace en el olvido; es papel mojado en un país donde la autoridad brilla por su ausencia o, peor aún, se asoma solo para el matraqueo y el abuso.
En este ecosistema caótico, los motorizados se erigen como los dueños absolutos de las vías. Serpentean entre los carros con una temeridad pasmosa, convencidos de que el peligro es una ilusión. A ellos se suman peatones que cruzan como si tuvieran superpoderes, y conductores sagaces que confunden imprudencia con valentía. I think this may help with the definition of “anarchy,” because your article seems to have arrived at the rather unusual conclusion that anarchy is what happens when people don't sufficiently obey traffic regulations. it's not. you have no clue what anarchy is only what you have been indoctrinated to believe through deceit and lies.
Rather than explaining what anarchy is, you explain what happens when people don't behave according to the rules of an existing and illegitimate ruling class and then you call that condition “anarchy.” which is not even remotely true or even in the ballpark of what anarchy really is.

You gave me three dictionary meanings of a word as though finding the word in the Oxford English Dictionary somehow proves that your article actually described what anarchy is. It doesn't.
A dictionary can tell you how a word is used, but it cannot prove the thing you're describing exists in the way you claim, and it certainly cannot turn traffic violations into anarchy simply because one common usage of the word means disorder.
Your article still describes people living under an existing system of the ruling classes, disregarding its commands, and causing accidents, as anarchy. Which is not true at all. That isn't what anarchy is. That is what your rulers have led you to believe because they own all the education institutions and don't want you to rule yourself but be rules instead.
The dictionary defines anarchy as the "absence of government or authority", while treating "government and authority" as though their existence were self-evident. The existence of government and authority has been carefully smuggled into the definition itself. You need to stop believing in the myth to see it.
Authority has never been, in all of human history demonstrated to exist, and can't be proven if you have a brain to think rationaly and logically.
It is assumed, believed, and enforced. Never proven. Calling the institution built upon that superstitious belief “government” or “the State” doesn't prove that the supposed authority behind it exists. Without authority, government cannot exist. Not because I don't want it to, but because it is impossible. There is no legitimate reason, logic or evidence that can be made or discovered, to prove any individual on this planet to have a legitimate right to rule over another. So therefore how is it possible that those who call themselves government, gain that right? They didn't. And that's the point. Government is a criminal organization, glorified with faith to be believed by the masses as having the right to rule over all of us.
