RE: Slaves of thought...?

In those times of Marcus Aurelius, time was on their side, they did not have the technology of today that clouds our thoughts. Having time to meditate, for example, 8 hours a day, is a luxury that we cannot afford; as you rightly say, we have many responsibilities and the hands of the clock do not stop.

Our brain is self-programmed as we age, it nourishes us with paradisiacal moments that fill our spiritual needs… To change that programming, we have to nourish it daily with positive expressions, it is something like the saying “a lie told a hundred times becomes the truth” and that is how our centre of operations assumes it.

Our civilization has lost its way, in this time of super-acceleration, we do not give due importance to cultivating the spirit, we bet everything on the material, which can give ephemeral satisfactions but then there is emptiness. Thank you very much for stopping by and commenting, dear @amigoponc . A big hug from Maracay.
