RE: Repairing a led lamp [Eng+Spa]

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

Most of this type of arrangement is temporary, as the life of the other LEDs is finite. I would replace the ENTIRE strip, there are better quality ones on the market, the problem lies in the price of the lamp, which is very cheap because it is a third party product imported from China. Recommendation, buy lamps whose sources have an operating range between (85-260)VAC.

The SMD resistor that you indicate is Smd 1206 1/4w 1% usually burns out due to misuse of the instrument.

The biggest problem with the electrical equipment in this particular case stems from the continuous deficiencies of the electrical supply.

The lamp source is in those operating ranges, but the supply can fail up to 3 or 4 times during the day.

You are right that they are very cheap lamps, that is why it is not practical to buy the LED strip to change it.

Thanks for reading and commenting on the post.
Have a nice day.

Thank you for telling me the value of that resistor, I've been looking for that information for a while.

The friend who brought the tool to the workshop for me to check made the mistake of lending the tool to another technician, with the best intention of helping, but they returned it to him damaged.
Not all people treat borrowed tools well.

He will be very happy, thank you very much for the help.
