I couldn't read this post so I decided to use PeakD translation feature n I got this amazing text after translation. Dropping below thinking that it can help other non Hispanic readers too.

A Sunday in Los Chorros

Today is Thursday, "𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬," the day of #𝐓𝐁𝐓. I almost let Thursday slip by without fulfilling the #TBT ritual, but the heart has its own memory and today it demanded a moment to revisit this photograph.

There are mornings in Caracas that smell of mountains and promise. El Ávila, that green guardian that always watches over, keeps its best-kept secrets hidden in its slopes, and one of them is Los Chorros Park. It is not just a place for recreation; it is a refuge where the city, with its noise and rush, stays outside, halted by the constant murmur of falling water. My father, when he was alive, used to go collect water from the various springs; I don’t know if people still have that habit today.

A Sunday in Los Chorros.

In the photo, time seems to have stopped in a moment of absolute complicity. There they are, four figures that fill the frame with the vitality of those who know they own their afternoon. On the left, Deyaneth (the mother) — a pillar and guide — smiles with the serenity of someone who has managed, for a few hours, to make the world a safe and joyful place for her loved ones. Her firm yet relaxed posture on the damp stones reflects the shared everyday life; she is a primary school teacher. The effort to pack the bag, to ensure there’s a snack, and to seek that necessary space of disconnection for the soul.

In the center, Génesis stands as the heart of the scene. With her hands on her hips and a smile that defies any fatigue, she seems to embody the energy of youth. Beside her, her companions complete this picture of genuine sisterhood and friendship. It doesn’t matter if the water was cold or if the path over the rocks was slippery; what matters is that they were together.

This was not a day of great material luxuries. The pure air filtering through the lungs, the sound of the river competing with laughter, and the sun filtering through the leaves of ancient trees. Healthy recreation is not an accessory in life; it is a vital necessity. Seeing Génesis and her mother there, surrounded by nature, reminds us that happiness often has bare feet, comfortable clothes, and the echo of a waterfall in the background.

Today, even though my body demands rest and my health plays tricks on me, returning to this image helps me reclaim a bit of that strength. Because in the end, life is made up of these small fragments of existence... Thank you, Deyaneth, for allowing me to share that memory.

Above is the translation of the original post by the author. Below are my own written lines:

It is always good to see old memories in our old pictures n the author is also enjoying watching old pictures n remembring old memories.
