Wow, what an amazing and adventurous Sunday you had! Your descriptions of the scenery on the road to Elatoxori and in the village itself are so vivid and paint such a beautiful picture. It's great that you were able to explore and appreciate the natural beauty of the area, including the Pierian mountain springs and the abundance of fir trees. The history of the ski center and its impact on the village is also fascinating. And, the food you had at the Utopia restaurant sounds delicious, especially the traditional dishes cooked over an open fire.
