(ESP/ING) Pasta al estilo Oriental //Oriental Style Pasta 🍜

Each country has its own identity and its own gastronomy that makes it unique and unrepeatable, just as in Venezuela we enjoy a traditional and delicious pavilion in other countries such as China we enjoy other delicacies with very particular ingredients such as vegetables, spices and sauces such as Soya that highlight and give an oriental touch to the gastronomic preparations of this country, the Chinese rice is one of these popular foods that many countries have adopted for its great taste.
Venezuelans are very creative in the kitchen and we like to reinvent ourselves and prepare our own special meals when we decide to prepare a dish from another country. We call it a special meal in our own style and we try to get as close as possible to it by using some ingredients that help us to get or get closer to the taste of the food we want to prepare.
I decided to prepare this recipe because I particularly love Chinese food and in some occasions I have prepared Chinese Rice and it is very good but this time I wanted to do something different and this time I want to share a delicious Chinese Pasta my Style, where I use the same ingredients to prepare the rice and the variation in this case is the pasta.
Okay, here are the ingredients I used to make my delicious Chinese Pasta.

While the meats are in the fridge, in a large pan I put salted water and bring it to a boil on the stove, then add the kilo of pasta and let it cook, strain and set aside.
After the time has passed, I put some oil in a pot or large frying pan and when it is at medium temperature I add the pork meat and cook it for a while so that it cooks very well and is soft, When it is ready I add the chicken with a paddle I sauté the meat and let it cook for a while until it is ready, I add little by little the soy sauce, onion and carrot, once everything is sautéed in the center I make a space to add a whole egg, I let it cook for a few minutes and then I integrate all the ingredients.
Well sautéed all these ingredients I add little by little the pasta and I will integrate with a large paddle in turn I add soy sauce carrots and onions so that the pasta is impregnated with all these flavors.
I let it cook for a while without stopping stirring and that's it, we have our delicious pasta in the best oriental style, and to accompany this dish I cut some tomatoes onions cucumbers carrots and added a little mayonnaise salt and vinegar and ready to taste.
I tell you that the smell of this preparation is impressive and delicious, so I invite those who like oriental food and have not yet prepared it to prepare for you this specialty that is very delicious and you can also add other ingredients such as shrimp that combine perfectly with this recipe.
