Hola querida comunidad de Hive 🤗👨🏻🤝👨🏾. Nos reportamos con nuestra última aventura por la CDMX👩🏽❤️👨🏽. Este fin de semana recorrimos una nueva zona para los dos de la ciudad, en donde se encuentra uno de los parques más entrañables de nuestra capital, el famoso Parque Hundido 🥰, y ya que andábamos por la zona, @panconcajeta sugirió ir a un café que el conocía de hace algunos años, con un toque… mágico. 🔮
Así que, acompáñenos en esta nueva aventura Hiveans. 😄💓
Hello dear Hive community 🤗👨🏻🤝👨🏾. We report back with our latest adventure around CDMX👩🏽❤️👨🏽. This weekend we toured a new area for the two of us in the city, where one of the most endearing parks of our capital, the famous Parque Hundido ("Sunken Park") is located 🥰, and since we were walking around the area, @panconcajeta suggested going to a cafe that he knew from a few years ago, with a touch... magical. 🔮
So, join us on this new adventure Hiveans. 😄💓
Comenzamos nuestro viaje con destino a la zona sur de la ciudad, en la alcaldía Benito Juárez. Y para llegar a ella, comenzamos nuestro viaje en el sistema de Metrobús de la CDMX, según el mapa serían aproximadamente 2 horas para llegar ahí 😱, pero por suerte solo fue alrededor de 1:30 horas 😅. En comparación con el metro, el Metrobús puede llegar a demorarse más del doble en llegar a tu destino 😣, sin embargo, tiene la gran ventaja de que en general es más cómodo para viajar puesto que cuenta con más asientos y que puede dejarte muy cerca de tu destino 😄. Nos dispusimos a llegar a la estación “Parque Hundido” y para ello había que realizar un pequeño transbordo, pero igual pudimos tomar asiento en el transporte y tomamos algunas fotos de nuestro recorrido. 📸
We started our journey with destination to the south zone of the city, in the Benito Juarez mayoralty. And to get there, we started our trip on the CDMX Metrobus system, according to the map it would be about 2 hours to get there 😱, but luckily it was only about 1:30 hours 😅. Compared to the metro, the Metrobus can take more than twice as long to get to your destination 😣, however, it has the great advantage that it is generally more comfortable to travel since it has more seats and can drop you very close to your destination 😄. We set out to get to the "Parque Hundido" station and for that we had to make a small transfer, but we were still able to take a seat on the transport and took some pictures of our ride. 📸
Nos bajamos un poco antes de la estación para poder caminar un poco y recorrer las pintorescas calles de esta gran alcaldía, aquí pueden ver un poco de como luce el panorama. 📷
We got off a bit before the station so we could walk around a bit and wander the picturesque streets of this great mayoralty, here you can see a bit of what the scenery looks like. 📷
Finalmente, después de una agradable caminata, llegamos al tan esperado parque, que, desde cualquier fachada, luce siempre tan hermoso y cálido, así que comenzamos con las fotos. 🤳
Finally, after a nice walk, we arrived at the long awaited park, which, from any facade, looks always so beautiful and warm, so we started with the pictures. 🤳
El Parque en general, cuenta con juego de relieves que lo hacen verse y recorrerse muy dinámicamente, está repleto de árboles, plantas, flores y jardineras que le dan una apariencia encantadora y familiar, así como figuras que son réplicas de monolitos y piezas arqueológicas de diferentes culturas del país, lo que además lo hace lúdico y muy curioso. Este es uno de los parques más extensos que hemos recorrido, y es que cuenta con una pequeña sección de juegos infantiles, así como un foro al aire libre donde también se presentan actividades para los más pequeños.
The park in general, has a set of reliefs that make it look and walk around very dynamically, it is full of trees, plants, flowers and planters that give it a charming and familiar appearance, as well as figures that are replicas of monoliths and archaeological pieces from different cultures of the country, which also makes it ludic and very curious. This is one of the most extensive parks we have visited, and it has a small section for children's games, as well as an outdoor forum where activities for the little ones are also presented.
Pero, su atractivo más característico, es su enorme reloj que se fusiona perfectamente con las jardineras de los parques, que además ¡es funcional! Y justo en su parte más alta se encuentra una asta donde se cuelga la bandera nacional, coronando una de las joyas más bellas de la alcaldía y la ciudad. 🏞⏱
But, its most characteristic attraction is its huge clock that blends perfectly with the flowerbeds of the parks, which is also functional! And right at its highest part is a flagpole where the national flag is hung, crowning one of the most beautiful jewels of the city hall and the city. 🏞⏱
Para climatizarnos un poco del intenso calor de la ciudad 🥵☀, compramos un par de helados 🍦, @panconcajeta eligió de cajeta, ya que le gusta mucho jaja 🙈💖 y @fclore22 pidió uno de limón 🍋.
To cool down a bit from the intense heat of the city 🥵☀, we bought a couple of ice creams 🍦, @panconcajeta chose cajeta, since she likes it a lot haha 🙈💖 and @fclore22 ordered a lemon one 🍋.
Continuamos explorando el parque, y nos encontramos estos monolitos, que nos parecieron lindos.
We continued exploring the park, and came across these monoliths, which we thought were cute.
Y en esta escena tan bella del parque, donde el sol se prestó para dar este hermoso juego de luces.
And in this beautiful scene in the park, where the sun lent itself to give this beautiful play of light.

Avanzando por el parque, nos encontramos esta reja, y al acercarnos a leer de que se trataba esta curiosa escena, leímos que era una obra de arte, que se inspira en un ritual mágico de un pueblo indígena, en donde colocabas un listón para pedir por un deseo, y lo hicimos. 🙈👨❤️👨💕
Moving through the park, we came across this fence, and as we approached to read what this curious scene was about, we read that it was a work of art, which is inspired by a magical ritual of an indigenous people, where you placed a ribbon to make a wish, and we did. 🙈👨❤️👨💕
Cuando teníamos que retirarnos, nos encontramos con esta linda abeja y estas llamativas pinturas de una campaña de una empresa famosa.
When we had to retreat, we came across this cute bee and these eye-catching paintings of a campaign of a famous company.
Entonces, continuamos nuestro camino, nos encontramos con otro parque más pequeño y cuando nos dirigimos hacia él nos percatamos de esta interesante capilla, que ahora es un monumento nacional, y paseamos a su largo y ancho para conocer toda su belleza, como pueden ver aquí:
So, we continued on our way, came across another smaller park and when we headed towards it we noticed this interesting chapel, which is now a national monument, and we strolled its length and breadth to take in all its beauty, as you can see here:
En particular nos impresionó mucho la vista de su pequeño parque de perros, el cual junto con su hermoso árbol de buganvilias de espectaculares colores junto con los del atardecer, daban un panorama muy precioso, esperamos que puedan apreciarlo.
We were particularly impressed by the view of its small dog park, which together with its beautiful bougainvillea tree of spectacular colors and the colors of the sunset, gave a very beautiful panorama, we hope you can appreciate it.
Seguimos caminando por las nostálgicas calles de la alcaldía, pasando por esta sucursal de la tienda departamental Liverpool especialmente llamativa por su diseño tan moderno y disruptivo, con rumbo hacía nuestra parada para comer algo.
We continued walking through the nostalgic streets of the city, passing by this branch of the Liverpool department store, especially striking for its modern and disruptive design, on our way to our stop for a bite to eat.
Así que, llegamos a ese punto y empezamos una nueva caminata por la ciudad para llegar al prometido lugar mágico, y pasando por unas vistas muy encantadoras. Hasta que finalmente vislumbramos un edificio morado y misterioso a lo lejos.
So, we arrived at that point and began a new walk through the city to reach the promised magical place, and past some very charming sights. Until we finally glimpsed a mysterious purple building in the distance.
Finalmente entramos y nos hechizamos 🤭, con su decoración y estética en general, ya que es una cafetería totalmente basada en la magia y específicamente en brujas 🧙♀️🔮, pero también tiene elfos, hadas, y otras criaturas mágicas más 🧚🧝.
We finally entered and were spellbound 🤭, with its decoration and aesthetics in general, as it is a coffee shop totally based on magic and specifically witches 🧙♀️🔮, but it also has elves, fairies, and other more magical creatures 🧚🧝.
Pero, nosotras teníamos planes igual de mágicos ahí, ya que además de disfrutar de la atmosfera esotérica y mágica, también @fclore22 llevó su mazo de cartas de… Tarot 😱, ya que entre sus varios pasatiempos, también sabe leer las cartas, y acierta en sus lecturas, la mayoría de las veces 😅. Mientras @panconcajeta recibía su lectura, nos pedimos nos chapatas de pollo y nuestras bebidas. Él pidió un frape de frutas y @fclore22 pidió una bebida con crema de coco y café, pero no sabía a café. 😔
But, we had equally magical plans there, since in addition to enjoying the esoteric and magical atmosphere, @fclore22 also brought her deck of... Tarot cards 😱, since among her various hobbies, she also knows how to read the cards, and she gets her readings right, most of the time 😅. While @panconcajeta was getting his reading, we ordered ourselves chicken chapatas and our drinks. He ordered a fruit frape and @fclore22 ordered a drink with coconut cream and coffee, but it didn't taste like coffee. 😔
