Learn From Experience To Change
Try to get up when you are in despair, don't stay and continue to sink. If you can't get up on your own, invite or ask someone else to wake you up so you don't keep falling.
There is nothing wrong with trying to get up so that our lives will be better. Because people who want to get up in adversity are people who want to be successful and want to change their fate that used to be in a slump.
Thinking positively when desperate is the best way, rather than thinking negatively. Because if we are haunted by negative thoughts we don't want to wake up when we are desperate and that is the wrong way and should not be maintained.
Desperate people start from failures that are made, be it failure at work or failure to build a household. We need support when we are desperate, whether it comes from close people or family.
Most desperate people predict the future and they will be afraid to do anything else, because they will think the same thing will happen. If that's the case, then that person will complicate himself and continue to sink into adversity. However, the best thing to do is focus on problem solving.
The most important thing to do when we are desperate is to introspect ourselves by evaluating the events that we experience why the things we do fail. There must be a problem or mistake that we make until failure occurs.
All we can do, but remember to be grateful is the main thing. There is a reason from the creator why we are given failure. Maybe behind these failures stored wisdom and great benefits and wisdom we will get in the future.
Sometimes most of us are never grateful for the circumstances and sustenance that we found before, so the creator gives us a warning by giving us failure so that we want to be grateful.
