Be better today than you were yesterday

When you talk about being better, you immediately think about competing with others... But whoever ends up with that thought is wrong.

Being better today than we were yesterday, we surpass ourselves and consecutively others.

Each one of us has something that is better in us, and that does not mean that people are our opponents, life is not made of competition with the other, but a competition against ourselves.

and... everything is part of our learning... each challenge makes us experience and live in a different way. Either we learn from our mistakes, or we will keep making mistakes.
