Be happy for no reason
When we learn to be happy without even having reasons, then we recognize what the value of happiness truly is.
Happiness should not depend on time, but on the present we have in our hands, the gift of living each day as if it were unique.
That then we learn to preserve each time... on each occasion... learning to respect each stage, knowing how to speak, but also learning to be silent when necessary, and above all, also learning to listen.
Just the reason we have health should be the biggest reason for our happiness...
With health we can do everything... we can carry out the other tasks and even complete all our goals. Our happiness must not depend on circumstances, it must remain fixed in us, and that regardless of the unpleasant facts that may happen.
Being happy for some reason is not being happy... who is happy doesn't depend on the circumstances of life... the person is happy and that's it.
the ultimate goal of life is to be happy, stay happy always. : )
Infact happiness is what make us live long however it put alot of our enemies into troubles most especially if their don't know the reason while we are happy...the more happier we are the more younger we become
It sounds good and right, but actually reaching that level of self-awareness is not so easy...Our lives are saturated with cause-and-effect connections, we depend on our health, our loved ones, circumstances, time and many other factors. To feel happiness regardless of everything is the main goal of all spiritual practices and a super task for every person)
