Current Statistics and Information About the Project

(Edited)

Hello. A month ago, I shared a statistic about Cent's prize pool and liquidity pools. In this post, I will share information about the Cent project. There is no need to share data on liquidity provider rewards in liquidity pools. Because we are nearing the end of the one-year liquidity provider rewards distribution. I will share our goals regarding the liquidity pools related to the prize pool in the upcoming period.

  • We held a few events in the past month. However, due to the bear market, participation was quite low. Regardless, we will continue to organize events and competitions in the upcoming period. The increase in the number of quality shares in the community also depends on the increase in the number of people. Right now, most of our voting power is unfortunately consumed in posts with the 'cent' hashtag. Voting support will increase as quality shares increase in the community. However, we should not create an expectation that the post will receive votes just because it is shared in the community.

  • We've greatly reduced Cent's token supply. The curators felt the consequences of this a lot. However, as you know, we took this precaution so that Cent would not depreciate further. We will restore the token supply once the reward distribution in the liquidity pools is complete.

  • The reward distribution period in the liquidity pools is completed after approximately 15 days. We will now set delivery periods of three months or six months. And we will significantly reduce the distribution of Cents as a liquidity provider reward.

  • The CentG Token has been mentioned a few times before. We created the Cent/CentG liquidity pool. Now is the time to use the token more actively. A detailed post about CentG will be made in the coming days. Coins in Liquidity pools, events, contests, etc. usage area will be increased.

  • Prize pool, liquidity pools, events, etc. I've covered the costs myself so far. We have been in bear season for about three months. Cent Token withstood the selling pressure for a while. However, it has lost a lot of value in the last month. I know because I have lived it myself; Cent curators made loss-making purchases during this period. There were supporters from different projects. However, this is not sustainable. The project must have some capital in order for the coin to maintain its value during the bear seasons as we live. You cannot achieve this by selling tokens in projects with price targets such as Cent. Unfortunately, it is not possible for a project without an income model to survive. We have started work on creating this revenue model. We will publish posts on this subject in the coming period.

Let's get to the statistics data:

  • There are about 3,447,000 coins in circulation. 1.6 million of them have been staked. The majority of the remainder is in liquidity pools.
  • The prize pool generates 3 tokenss per minute. When the new reward distribution period starts in the liquidity pools, it will start generating 5 tokens.
  • The prize pool is scanning Cent's community page and the 'cent' tag. The 'introduceyourself' tag will be added again in the coming days. We also have plans to collaborate with communities.
  • There is $10400 worth of liquidity in liquidity pools.

Follow the community page and @centtoken for cent announcements. See you in new posts.

I am not good at tech nor the price or economy, but as long as you guys are working on a solution for the current bear market I will always support you guys even though with my only small account.

All the best, and I can't wait for the announcement.

Thank you for your support and contributions so far. I hope the activity in the community will increase soon. Cent approaches target value. In such bear seasons, the portfolio should be diversified and savings should be made. I wish you success.

I've bought up a fair amount of cent in recent months. Every now and then I try to put in a high bid to help build in a floor and take advantage of the low price but I'm outbid by your bots in seconds so I cancel my orders. I have no reason to keep my order in if it's never going to be filled.

It might be a good idea to pull those bots back so other people have some incentive to build in a floor.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. There are too many bots in the Cent market due to liquidity pools. I usually use bots to increase liquidity and narrow the gap between buy and sell orders. I will re-optimize the bot I use in the direction of your recommendation. In addition, when you are considering buying or selling, it will be more advantageous to use liquidity pools. If you're trading for profit, go ahead. In the coming period, trading transactions in Cent pools and the market will bring very good profits.

I have been noticing this whole effect and the pool to market effect on the cent. I do observe that pool price seems to favour selling and buying other than the real market interaction which is the fun of business.

I would suggest, if pool must exist, then it should be in accordance with the real market exchange to follow order except there are other influences I might not know.

I really appreciate your effort @anadolu

Good to see plans for collaboration. Splinterlands and LeoFinance are a great way to start. Cent token can be used to sponsor contests in other communities to give exposure to the token.
