Ingredients:

A continuación les dejaré una receta muy rica, práctica y de pocos ingredientes, ya que me encontraba viendo tv y me provocó algo dulce, y revisé la despensa y tenía estos ingredientes...

Galletas de coco

Ingredientes:

• Harina de trigo o Harina de avena
• Mantequilla
• Azúcar
• Coco, goticas de chocolate o de tu preferencia

Process:

Con una batidora o cuchara de madera unimos la mantequilla, el azúcar y la harina, cuando esté homogénea le agregamos el coco, a continuación se engrasa el molde y se agrega harina de trigo o colocamos papel encerado. Hacemos bolitas y aplastamos un poquito y listo!! Metemos al horno precalentado en 180° durante 10-15 minutos, igual verificamos para que no se pase de cocción...
