Cómo hacer Hallaca Venezolana
Hello Hive Community!

Elaboración paso a paso | Step-by-step preparation
In the banana leaf, I put onoto or archiote on top in order to give it that yellow color, the same when we put the dough and knead it well we add onoto again to make it more yellowish. Garnish the dough with the stew, boiled egg, raisins, olives, capers, carrots and whatever you want to add. Then we turn it over with the banana leaf from one side to the other to seal it. Finally, with the help of a string, we tie it with the banana leaf wrapper.
I added all the hallacas ready to cook in a large pot. Admire all that smoke that spreads over them. Let it rest for about 1 hour and they are super delicious to serve.
Behind a delicious hallaca hides an arduous work with all the family members who live in the house hahaha, that's what it's all about although it is a bit cumbersome, it is still a family tradition that has passed from generation to generation. I particularly loved the flavor of the hallaca, the stew was spicy but tasty enough to delight. I hope you liked it as much as I did, see you soon!
