Como mi primer consejo esta la CONSTANCIA:

La constancia es una herramienta fundamental para crecer dentro de esta gran familia; cuando incursionamos dentro de este maravilloso mundo traemos muchas expectativas tales como: Les gustara a los lectores mis escritos, llegaran mis escritos a un alto nivel, cuantas personas los verán entre otros. Recalcándoles que debemos de ser constantes para así ir subiendo de nivel.

Al principio pueda que tengamos grandes resultados; como pueda que no, por ende se hace indispensable esta constancia para así lograr un grado de excelencia mayor; ya que mientras más constantes seamos obtendremos mejores resultados y de esta manera iremos creciendo con el transcurrir del tiempo. Logrando así en un futuro tener muchos seguidores, los cuales apoyen nuestro trabajo y esfuerzo.

Para finalizar este gran consejo les digo que la constancia es una virtud la cual debemos mantener en cada una uno de nuestros escritos. Esta virtud la asumimos ante los retos que emprendemos. Debemos de estar conscientes que esto nos va a permitir aprender, desarrollar y valorar el trabajo que realizamos tenemos que estar claros que vamos a encontrar dificultades bajas o altas a lo largo de nuestro camino que debemos de superar para enriquecer nuestro aprendizaje.

Esto va a conllevar a que para los próximos escritos podamos realizar mucho mejor nuestro trabajo en donde podremos mejorar lo que dejamos atrás que no fue tan productivo. La constancia y el esfuerzo garantizan el éxito de lo que queremos crear.

As my first piece of advice is CONSTANCE:

Constancy is a fundamental tool to grow within this great family; when we venture into this wonderful world we bring many expectations such as: Will the readers like my writings, will my writings reach a high level, how many people will see them among others. I emphasize that we must be constant in order to go up to a higher level.

At the beginning we may have great results; or we may not, therefore it is essential this constancy to achieve a higher degree of excellence; because the more constant we are we will get better results and in this way we will grow with the passage of time. Thus achieving in the future to have many followers, which support our work and effort.

To finish this great advice I say that constancy is a virtue which we must maintain in each of our writings. This virtue we assume before the challenges we undertake. We must be aware that this will allow us to learn, develop and value the work we do, we must be clear that we will find low or high difficulties along our way that we must overcome to enrich our learning.

This will mean that for the next writings we will be able to do our work much better, where we can improve what we left behind that was not so productive. Perseverance and effort guarantee the success of what we want to create.

Mi segundo consejo es la VARIEDAD DE CONTENIDOS:

No debemos enfocarnos en un solo contenido sino en varios, para que el lector pueda cada día leer algo distinto que lo nutra y lo haga sentir pleno cada vez que tenga la oportunidad de entrar a nuestro blog.

El poder tener la capacidad de crear diferentes contenidos es algo verdaderamente asombroso e importante, porque de esta forma podremos satisfacer los gustos y preferencias de todos y cada uno de los lectores que cada día se enamoraran aún mas de nuestros escritos; los cuales contienen una gran diversidad cultural, intelectual, emocional, gastronómica, deportiva y poética entre muchas otras mas. Logrando así cada vez ser mas innovadores y creativos al momento de crear un nuevo contenido, el cual será visto por muchas personas que le darán el debido comentario que le servirá de gran avance y ayuda, para nuestro fortalecimiento y crecimiento personal dentro de esta plataforma.

My second tip is the VARIETY OF CONTENT:

We should not focus on a single content but on several, so that the reader can read every day something different that nourishes him and makes him feel full every time he has the opportunity to enter our blog.

Having the ability to create different content is something truly amazing and important, because in this way we can satisfy the tastes and preferences of each and every one of the readers that every day will fall in love even more with our writings; which contain a great cultural, intellectual, emotional, gastronomic, sporting and poetic diversity among many others. Thus achieving more and more innovative and creative when creating new content, which will be seen by many people who will give the proper commentary that will serve as a great advance and help for our strengthening and personal growth within this platform.

Como mi tercer consejo esta el INTERACTUAR:

Dentro de esta prestigiosa comunidad el intercambiar conocimientos, saberes, herramientas y debilidades es algo que nos hará crecer mas dentro de esta gran familia; ya que el conocer a muchas personas de diferentes Países, los cuales nos dan las recomendaciones necesarias para así mejorar en cuanto a nuestra redacción, escritura y variedad de contenidos.

Es de objetivo primordial el interactuar con los demás; ya que por medio de esta interacción sabemos con exactitud que es lo que tenemos que cambiar y transformar al momento de crear un nuevo post.

En lo personal me siento muy dichosa de que personas con un alto nivel dentro de esta plataforma lean mi blog y hagan los comentarios pertinentes, para así mejorar mis futuros escritos. Al igual que es de gran orgullo para mi el que estas personas me feliciten por mi trabajo y gran desempeño dentro de este mundo del cual cada día que pasa me enamoro mas; ya que aquí puedo plasmar cosas maravillosas que atraen a cada uno de mis apreciados lectores, los cuales sacan unos minutos de su preciado y valioso tiempo para leer, comentar y votar mi post.

Es importante resaltar que en el transcurrir de este fabuloso camino he tenido altos y bajos logros. Por ende no debemos de desanimarnos sino mas bien fortalecernos aún mas en pro de nuestro crecimiento.

Para mi todos mis post han sido, son y serán de gran relevancia y apoyo al momento de crear un nuevo contenido, porque aprendemos tanto de lo bueno, como de lo no tan bueno. Todo es importante en nuestra capacitación y formación creadora somos seres humanos únicos, pensantes, creativos, innovadores, pero sobre todo humanistas con el Don de satisfacer los gustos y preferencias de todas aquellas personas que tienen el privilegio de leer nuestros escritos.

As my third tip is to INTERACT:

Within this prestigious community the exchange of knowledge, knowledge, tools and weaknesses is something that will make us grow more within this great family; since meeting many people from different countries, which give us the necessary recommendations to improve our writing, writing and variety of content.

It is of primordial objective to interact with others; since through this interaction we know exactly what we have to change and transform at the moment of creating a new post.

Personally, I feel very happy that people with a high level within this platform read my blog and make relevant comments, in order to improve my future writings. It is also a source of great pride for me that these people congratulate me for my work and great performance in this world of which I fall in love more and more every day; since here I can express wonderful things that attract each of my valued readers, who take a few minutes of their precious and valuable time to read, comment and vote my post.

It is important to emphasize that in the course of this fabulous journey I have had high and low achievements. Therefore we should not be discouraged but rather strengthen ourselves even more in favor of our growth.

For me all my posts have been, are and will be of great relevance and support when creating new content, because we learn from both the good and the not so good. Everything is important in our training and creative formation we are unique human beings, thinking, creative, innovative, but above all humanists with the gift of satisfying the tastes and preferences of all those who have the privilege of reading our writings.

Mi cuarto y último consejo para las futuras ballenas de HIVE, es el de HACER AMIGOS:

El hacer muchos amigos es la parte mas bonita e interesante de todas, el tener el honor de encontrar nuevos amigos a lo largo y ancho de este enorme globo terráqueo es algo realmente incomparable. Debido a que todas estas personas tienen mucho que aportar en nuestros avances dentro de esta enorme comunidad.

Consideró que tengo un sin fin de amigos y amigas dentro de esta hermosa familia de la cual me siento muy contenta de formar parte. Estos amigos y amigas que he ganado gracias a HIVE, son personas con valores, principios, experiencias y vivencias realmente asombrosas que cada día impactan y me hacen ser mejor cada día.

Verdaderamente tengo mucho que agradecerle a todas estos seres humanos excelentes que se han tomado un tiempo para entrar en mi blog.

My fourth and last tip for future HIVE whales is to MAKE FRIENDS:

Making many friends is the most beautiful and interesting part of all, to have the honor of finding new friends across this huge globe is something truly incomparable. Because all these people have so much to contribute to our progress within this huge community.

I consider that I have an endless number of friends within this beautiful family of which I am very happy to be a part. These friends that I have gained thanks to HIVE, are people with values, principles, experiences and truly amazing experiences that impact me every day and make me be better every day.

I really have a lot to thank all these excellent human beings who have taken the time to enter my blog.

Para culminar esta espectacular y sensacional iniciativa creada por los amigo de @rutablockchain puedo decirles que esta ha sido para mi una de las mejores; ya que aquí tuve la oportunidad de dar los mejores consejos y tips a todas esas futuras estrellas creadoras de contenidos, las cuales tendrán la capacidad de ser reconocidas en un futuro no muy lejano dentro de este fascinante y deslumbrante mundo llamado HIVE BLOG.
