[ESP-ENG] Te invito a descubrir mis comidas y dulces preferidos // I invite you to discover my favorite foods and sweets
Good morning to all the beautiful people who are part of the great HIVE family, I am pleased to greet you in this splendid afternoon, I want to share with you some of the foods and sweets that I love and love to eat, I hope you like it.
El dìa de hoy quiero compartir con està gran familia algunas de mis comidas y dulces favoritos, los cuales me encantan comer. Ya que son verdaderamente algo delicioso, como quisiera tener dinero a manos llenas, para poder preparar estas comidas y dulces en mi hogar a diario, pero como ya todos saben esto aquì en Venezuela es un lujo; porque apenas el sueldo de un Venezolano es de 7 dolares quincenales, el cual no da ni para comer un dìa y mucho menos para elaborar un dulce.
Today I want to share with this great family some of my favorite foods and sweets, which I love to eat. Since they are truly something delicious, as I would like to have money in my hands, to be able to prepare these meals and sweets in my home daily, but as you all know this here in Venezuela is a luxury; because the salary of a Venezuelan is only 7 dollars a fortnight, which does not even give enough to eat a day, much less to make a sweet.
Todos los dìas de mi vida al levantarme, le doy infinitamente gracias a DIOS, por haberme dado la virtud, el privilegio y el honor de poder crear todo lo que escribo (historias, cuentos, poemas etc); si les soy completamente sincera, les puedo decir que gracias a lo que he ganado en HIVE, he podido solventar los gastos econòmicos de mi hogar y le he dado a mi familia mucho de estos lujos como por ejemplo: que estos puedan degustar un suculento y nutritivo arroz con leche, un delicioso pollo en salsa negra entre muchas otras cosas màs.
Every day of my life when I wake up, I give infinite thanks to GOD, for having given me the virtue, the privilege and the honor of being able to create everything I write (stories, tales, poems etc); if I am completely sincere, I can tell you that thanks to what I have earned in HIVE, I have been able to pay the economic expenses of my home and I have given my family many of these luxuries such as for example: For example, they can enjoy a succulent and nutritious rice pudding, a delicious chicken in black sauce among many other things.

Aunque digan que no es la mas saludable; es la comida que representa la parte loca, desequilibrada y fuera de lo comùn de cada uno, mi comida ràpida preferida son las hamburguesas y los perros calientes, porque en el caso de la hamburguesa no puedo dejar pasar esa suculenta carne asada, metida dentro de dos panes y a la cual se le anexan hojas de lechugas frescas, rodajas de tomate bien maduro, pepino en rodajas, aros de cebolla preferiblemente caramelizados, una pequeña porciòn de papas fritas, una lonja de queso amarillo, otra de jamòn y en mi caso particular me gusta colocarle un poco de tocineta bien crocante y sin dejar de lado la salsa de tomate, la mayonesa y la mostaza que elevan ese punto y sabor extraordinario.
1- I LOVE FAST FOOD
Although they say it is not the healthiest; is the food that represents the crazy, unbalanced and out of the ordinary part of each one, my favorite fast food are hamburgers and hot dogs, because in the case of the hamburger I can not pass up that succulent grilled meat, tucked inside two buns and to which are attached fresh lettuce leaves, slices of ripe tomato, sliced cucumber, onion rings preferably caramelized, a small portion of french fries, a slice of yellow cheese, a slice of ham and in my particular case I like to add some crispy bacon and without leaving aside the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard that elevate that extraordinary point and flavor.
Otra de mis comidas ràpidas preferidas son los perros calientes, aunque digan que es una salchicha dentro de un pan y listo, yo considero que los perros calientes son versàtiles porque los puedo personalizar colocando a tu gusto ingredientes y aderezos segùn tu gusto y preferencia. Para mi el perro caliente ideal es aquel que lleva ensalada de repollo morado, papas fritas, zanahoria cruda rallada, cebolla cruda picada en cuadritos muy pequeños, mucha mostaza, mayonesa y salsa de tomate.
Another of my favorite fast foods are hot dogs, although they say it's a sausage in a bun and that's it, I consider hot dogs versatile because I can customize them by adding ingredients and toppings according to your taste and preference. For me the ideal hot dog is the one with purple cabbage slaw, french fries, grated raw carrots, raw onion chopped in very small squares, lots of mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup.
El chocolate me gusta demasiado, su sabor es especial, es dulce y profundo a la vez, comerlo me hace sentir un placer indescriptible, resulta aditivo, cuando como un trozo quisiera que fuera gigantezco y que nunca se acabarà, pero los excesos por supuesto no son buenos y solo por eso trato en lo posible de controlar la cantidad que como. Me encantan en todas sus presentaciones porque son dulces, sustanciosos, agradables, suaves, mantecosos, en fin son riquisimos y de inigualable sabor mas aùn si son del cacao de mi patria querida Venezuela.
2- I LOVE CHOCOLATE
I like chocolate too much, its flavor is special, it is sweet and deep at the same time, eating it makes me feel an indescribable pleasure, it is additive, when I eat a piece I would like it to be gigantic and never end, but excesses of course are not good and that's why I try as much as possible to control the amount I eat. I love them in all their presentations because they are sweet, substantial, pleasant, soft, buttery, in short, they are delicious and have an unequalled flavor, even more so if they are made with cocoa from my beloved homeland Venezuela.

El arroz con leche es un exòtico y exuberante dulce por ende es mi favorito aunque no agrada a poco, gusta a muchos este postre data desde hace mucho tiempo, es un dulce criollo que consiste en cocinar muy bien el arroz en un caldero con mucha leche, al cual se le agrega clavitos de olor, azùcar al gusto y un palito pequeño de canela y se cocina a fuego medio, hasta conseguir un arroz blando y pastoso con rico sabor que se sirve caliente, se polvea con canela en polvo y se le puede colocar un poco de leche condensada para incrementar su sabor. Aunque digan que parece papilla de bebè o que el arroz es para preparar platos salados; pienso que no tienen la razòn y les invito a ptobar este dulce que no solo empalaga, sino que jamàs quisieras que se acabarà.
3- I LOVE RICE WITH MILK
The rice pudding is an exotic and exuberant sweet therefore it is my favorite although it does not please little, many like this dessert dates back a long time, it is a sweet Creole that consists of cooking the rice very well in a pot with lots of milk, to which you add cloves, sugar to taste and a small cinnamon stick and cooked over medium heat, until you get a soft and doughy rice with rich flavor that is served hot, powdered with cinnamon powder and you can put a little condensed milk to increase its flavor. Although they say that it looks like baby food or that rice is for preparing savory dishes, I think they are not right and I invite you to try this sweet that not only makes you sick, but that you would never want it to end.
Sin duda alguna la mezcla de sabores entre (dulce y salado) es algo extremadamente sensacional. Por tal motivo prefiero ambos sabores, porque es lo que me permite dar la mejor sazòn a mis preparaciones al cocinar para mis seres queridos y poder satisfacer sus gustos y preferencias dulces y saladas para que cuando esten saboreando lo que otros han cocinado, puedan compararlo con el sabor de la comida preparada en casa y de esta manera puedan apreciar que son distintos los sabores; ya que poseen un toque entre dulce y salado, los cuales le permiten degustar y estimular los sentidos, algo verdaderamente inesplicable y sorprendente un extraordinario manjar para deleitar nuestro paladar; aquì podràn apreciar mediante una foto un rico pollo en salsa negra una combinaciòn excelente entre dulce y salado, acompañado de un delicioso arroz blanco y no podìan faltar nuestras famosas tajadas de plàtano frito un banquete, el cual prepare para ser compartido en familia.
4- I LOVE THE COMBINATION OF SWEET AND SALTY DISHES
There is no doubt that the mix of flavors (sweet and salty) is something extremely sensational. For this reason I prefer both flavors, because it is what allows me to give the best seasoning to my preparations when cooking for my loved ones and to satisfy their sweet and salty tastes and preferences so that when they are tasting what others have cooked, they can compare it with the taste of the food prepared at home and thus they can appreciate that the flavors are different; They have a touch between sweet and salty, which allow you to taste and stimulate the senses, something truly inexplicable and surprising an extraordinary delicacy to delight our palate; here you can appreciate through a photo a rich chicken in black sauce an excellent combination of sweet and salty, accompanied by a delicious white rice and could not miss our famous slices of fried plantain a feast, which prepare to be shared with family.
