Al principio no eran las cosas nada fáciles porque los procesos tenían que ser enseñados y aplicados sin mucha certeza de que nada de lo que se estaba haciendo estuviera bien, hoy por ejemplo me tocaron algunas llamadas muy fáciles, porque en la mayoría de ellas ya sabía cuáles eran los procesos necesarios para obtener una posible resolución exitosa en los casos a resolver. Definitivamente el tiempo de experiencia y las horas practicando hacen que el cerebro aprenda rutas y maneras más optimas de trabajar.
