Hand colored with colored pencils: Asalato Shakers

Today I'm pleased to present to you the newest drawing I hand-colored, of course, but not before sending you a hug from afar. I made this drawing using one of the cards from the Rising Star game as a guide, the game we all love so much in this community. Specifically, I drew the Asalato Shakers instrument. You can find this instrument identified in the game with the number i297. It's an inexpensive card, so if you want it for your card collection in the game, you can purchase it for a modest price.

This instrument, as you can see, consists of a strap and two balls attached to it. I've never personally seen one, but I imagine its music is produced by moving the balls and them colliding with each other. To begin drawing it, I took a regular pencil and traced the words that make up the deck's name on a piece of paper. I later enclosed everything inside the base of the deck it contains. Inside, as you can notice, all the elements that make it up are missing.

Inside the base, I included the circle that will contain the amount of luck for this deck. This card only has this stat, but there are others that have MI and large amounts of luck. It all depends on the card's rarity and how special it is; this one is basic, so it has few luck points. Still, it's very beautiful and worthy of admiration, just like all the others.

I traced the balls and the string holding them with a pencil in the center of the sheet, right in the middle of the base. You can see that there are four balls and two strings to hold them. I think to play it, you would hold a pair of balls in each hand.

I colored the edges of the base when I finished the previous one. And between one thing and another, I colored everything until I got to the balls, which I colored as well.

Going over it with a marker is what I usually do to finish this drawing. If you notice, I used the marker to highlight each edge and shape. This way, everything looks clearer.

And that's how I did it. I send you a farewell hug and hope to return very soon with the next drawing.
