Its not only Cuban government acting against its people, its a multinational crisis that has been prepared for years with "help" from World Economic Forum lead by Klaus Schwab and his organised via online and technological ideology of 4th industrial revolution , put into heads of his Leaders of Tomorrow teachings to those WHO chose to guide humanity into the future where "only" 80-90% of world population is eliminated through diseases, bankruptcies, haarp natural disasters, outbreaks of crimes and increase in artificial intelligence that is to remove "waste material" from this planet while aiming for stars and Mars in their perfection quest of being immortals , feeding on good people that struggle to believe there is a web of technocratic maniacs that can do everything they can to win this "war " they are trying to serve again to people in their pre-planned conflicts that makes them monetary gain while serves their rituals of feeding their "evil gods" with real blood of children, people that often are unaware that these days almost everyone is under constant surveiilance thanks to cameras on their phones , in public places, audios being recorded by their own techno-tools, even through tvs . This is hidden from average person who tries to make ends meet while on top level of governing webs- their time has been overdrawn as well. To create this sort of havoc as an excuse to kill billions of people to collect their estates after injecting them with involuntary poisons that made big pharma companies gigafurtunes , is not something everyone would sign up onto if they knew that their government , like almost all governments in the world, is trying to eliminate its own citizens to feed its structure of authorised personnel that is aware (or unaware, the most probably) of mass genocide that is taking place in hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, workplaces requiring to be injected against virus with 99.98% recovery rate - with jab that causes death of immune system and access to your nuronal body bio-structure that can trigger strokes, heart-attacks, cancers in those that the system sees as extremists or not needed or rebels or ...insane lol
