My mother was tired today, so I cooked her a bowl of traditional soup that has a healing effect. Wash the chicken several times with water, cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, then put the chicken and crushed ginger in the pot, fill with enough water to cover the chicken and boil until the chicken is cooked about 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the plate and let it cool. Marinate chicken thighs with seasoning and set aside.Gà rửa sạch nhiều lần với nước, chặt đùi gà thành miếng vừa ăn, sau đó cho gà và gừng đập dập vào nồi đun đến khi gà chín khoảng 30 phút. Gắp gà ra đĩa và để nguội. Ướp đùi gà với gia vị rồi để riêng.

Marinate the pumpkin with the seasonings and let sit for 20 minutes to allow the spices to soak into the pumpkin and carrots.Gọt vỏ bí đỏ rồi dùng dao loại bỏ hạt, cắt nhỏ bí đỏ thành từng miếng. Gọt vỏ cà rốt và cắt thành các miếng tùy theo sở thích của bạn. Ướp bí đỏ với các gia vị và để trong 20 phút để các gia vị ngấm vào trong bí đỏ và cà rốt.

Bring the chicken broth to a boil, add the pumpkin and carrots, cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender, add the chicken thighs, cook for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with spring onions, and top with chicken broth.Đun sôi nồi nước gà, thả bí đỏ và cà rốt, đậy nắp vung và nấu trong khoảng 10 phút hoặc cho đến khi bí đỏ mềm thì thêm đùi gà, nấu khoảng 2 phút rồi tắt bếp. Chuyển sang bát, trang trí hành lá, chan nước gà lên trên.

Perfect comfort food the soup, I hope your mom feels better again soon. With pumpkin in there seems absolutely tasty. But uhhhh chicken legs as well? you eat that as a whole or are they just for flavor?
