Veal is young beef, it is healthy for everyone because it contains less fat and cholesterol than lamb or beef. There are various dishes made with veal meat such as stir-fried veal meat, grilled veal, steamed veal meat, rare veal meat mixed with lemon, veal hotpot,..In this article, I will introduce you to a dish with veal ingredients, only Vietnam has this dish - it's veal rolled with vegetables. Veal is served with vegetables, carrots, cucumbers and green bananas, dipped in sweet and salty yellow soy sauce.

All ingredients and spices mix perfectly with each other creating wonderful flavor will make you feel addicted. Yellow sauce is a mixture made from glutinous rice, soybeans, and salt that is kept in a jar for about 2-3 months, this is also a strange sauce in Vietnam, it seems difficult to eat for foreign tourists but if you know how to eat it you will be addicted to it 🤣🤣🤣

This dish is not fat and delicious with lots of green vegetables in it, eat this dish more to have beautiful skin and healthy body💪💪💪

1. Roll up the veal and tie with thread. Crush some ginger, boil veal with ginger to give the veal aroma. Boil for about 30 minutes, then remove from the pot, wait for it to cool, then slice.Cuộn thịt bê lại và buộc bằng chỉ. Giã nát một ít gừng, luộc thịt bê với gừng để thịt bê dậy mùi thơm. Luộc khoảng 30 phút thì bắc ra khỏi nồi, đợi nguội rồi thái miếng.

2. You need to wash the herbs then you should soak them in salt water for a few minutes, then take out the basket and drain. Peel the bananas, carrot and cucumber. Cut them into thin strands. Soak them in salt water to against them turning to black about 30 mins.Rau thơm các bạn rửa sạch sau đó ngâm nước muối loãng vài phút rồi vớt ra rổ cho ráo nước. Chuối, cà rốt và dưa chuột gọt vỏ. Cắt chúng thành từng sợi mỏng. Ngâm chúng trong nước muối để tránh chuyển sang màu đen khoảng 30 phút.

3. Place the rice paper on a flat surface like a plate or a cutting board, layer the ingredients one at a time, roll them tightly, and dip them in golden soy sauce. If the rice paper is too crispy you can moisten them with a little warm water to make them easier to roll.Đặt giấy gói lên mặt phẳng như một cái đĩa hoặc cái thớt, lần lượt xếp các nguyên liệu lên trên, cuộn thật chặt, chấm với nước tương vàng. Nếu giấy gạo quá giòn bạn có thể làm ẩm chúng với một ít nước ấm để chúng dễ cuốn hơn.
