Hello my friends happy day, for this post today I bring you a dish that is the first time I prepare and to be honest I did not know it existed 😃 so when I saw it I decided to prepare it to see what such was left to me and the results were very satisfactory. It is a rice casserole with ground beef, the recipe that I saw had a lot of spice so since I have children at home I decided to change it a bit for them, and in the next post I will show you how to prepare it.
- 250 grams of ground meat
- spices to taste
- Tomato juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ cups of rice
- 250 gramos de carne molida

We start by seasoning the meat, adding the spices and mixing very well. On the other hand, in a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves for just a minute, then add the meat and cook well, stirring constantly.
After we cook the meat, add the cup and a half of rice and cook a little, then add the tomato juice and mix, cook over medium-low heat until the water evaporates a little.
We will let it cook for about 8 or 10 minutes and if we notice that it is necessary to add water we do it according to the amount you want, in my case I like the rice to be a little al dente. After that time we serve and review a little cheese if you wish. And enjoy a good plate of food. Here is the final result.
