Este fin de semana hicimos una pequeña escapada en familia a Río Puerto Ariari, y fue justo lo que necesitaba. A veces no se trata de grandes planes, sino de esos momentos sencillos que te permiten desconectar y sentirte presente.

El sonido del agua, el cielo abierto, los árboles en silencio… todo tenía un ritmo distinto, más lento, más amable. Compartimos risas, almuerzo casero, y ese tipo de conversaciones que solo se dan cuando no hay prisa.

Estar rodeada de mi familia, en medio de ese paisaje tan sereno, me hizo recordar lo importante que es hacer pausas y reconectar con lo esencial: la naturaleza, los afectos, la calma.

Fue solo una visita corta, pero suficiente para llenarme de aire nuevo y seguir con el corazón más liviano.

A Breather in Puerto Ariari 🌿☀️

This weekend we took a short family getaway to Río Puerto Ariari, and it was just what I needed. Sometimes it’s not about big plans, but about those simple moments that let you slow down and be truly present.

The sound of the river, the open sky, the stillness of the trees… everything moved at a gentler pace. We shared laughter, homemade lunch, and the kind of conversations that only happen when there’s no rush.

Being surrounded by my family in that peaceful landscape reminded me of how important it is to take pauses and reconnect with what really matters: nature, loved ones, and calm.

It was just a short visit, but enough to fill my lungs with fresh air and lift my heart.
