Como ustedes ya saben, realizar ejercicios de estiramientos son fundamentales para poder tener un buen desempeño en nuestros entrenamientos y así poder evitar lesiones en articulaciones o en los músculos. 🤸🏽❤💪

As you already know, stretching exercises are essential to be able to have a good performance in our workouts and thus to avoid injuries in joints or muscles. 🤸🏽❤💪

Solo seran 14 ejercicios que son muy buenos para poder relajar aun más nuestras articulaciones y músculos, y tambiénes les ayudará muchísimo para obtener más flexibilidad y movilidad en dichos aspectos. 🔥💪📈
