Hey friends! Having a hard time with Life Splinter?
In this tutorial, we will be tackling life splinter and give you some points on how to used this deck.

If your daily quest is a LIFE Quest, pls dont press that new quest button because Life will be fun to play with. With the right lineup, you will get that DQ for sure. If you dont have this card I will be recommending, dont hesitate to rent. So lets begin!

The Lineup for LIFE Splinter

Summoner: Lorna Shrine

image.png

Ability: All friendly monster recieve the Divine Shield Ability at the start of the battle. All of his summoned monsters will receive this ability even the furios chicken. Any first attack made to your monster is ignored.

Chanseus the Great

Ability: Repair - Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

Ability: Triage - Heals the friendly back-line Monster that has taken the most damage. Heal is max health/3 rounded down. Minimum is 2.

Ability: Resurrect - When a friendly Monster dies it is brought back to life with 1 Health. This ability can only trigger once per monsters using the ability per battle.

Best fitted summoner for high mana cap battles. Has ability to sustain our tank's armor, heals our backline monsters and resurrect our 1st died monster.

Tank: Shieldbearer

image.png

Ability: Taunt - All enemy monster target him (if they are able to)

A formidable tank that is highly sustainable, protect his backlines and absorbs all incoming damage. But with the right support and backlines, I doubt if enemy monster can kill him

**2nd Position: **Luminous Eagle

Ability: Flying - Has an increased chance (25%) of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Monsters who do not have the Flying ability.
Reach - Melee attack Monsters with the Reach ability may attack from the second position on the team.

A good 2nd position monster with decent damage and HP and can attack from 2nd position. Has high chance of evading incoming physical attacks.

Backlines

The Healer Duo for the Tank: Venari Crystalsmith & Divine Healer

Ability: Tank Heal - Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round. 1/3 of the monsters max health rounded down is restored.

A great support ability for the tank in order to sustain him in battle. Divine Healer Has 1 magic damage at Lvl3 and Venari has already 1 ranged damage at Lvl1. Great support and addition of damage also.

Support: Armorsmith

Ability: Repair - Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

Also a great support ability for our main tank because shieldbearer has 4 armor. Armorsmith duty is to maintain our tanks armor which is a very headscratcher for the enemy to deal with.

GAMEPLAY:

If the mana cap battle is 18 or more, and you inspected your opponents 5 last matches, which mainly use physical type monsters. Better use this lineup. Summoner is Lorna Shrine, Shieldbearer as tank, Venari Crystalsmith & Divine Healer as your main Support, then Armorsmith for additional support if mana is available. For high mana cap battles, use Chanseus the Great as summoner and use the main monsters stated above excluding armorsmith.
Use high mana cap splinter for additional offense like silvershield assasin, silvershield sheriff, high priest darius and neutral monsters to help our lineup in many random mana cap battles.

This lineup is too strong against physical opponent team, Shieldbearer with last a lifetime and no one in your team will die as long as shieldbearer survives. Some counter of this lineup is magic and shield breaking monster with high burst damage lineup. But you can also counter magic if your opponent will likely use magic by using clay golem as tank with addition of crystal werewolf, and also you can use neutral monsters with magic reflect ability like prismatic energy and rusty android.

If you have some extra DEC to spend for this lineup, chose a high level summoner, prefer LVL3 to LVL4, and use the max level for your monsters that is appropriate for the lvl3 or lvl4 summoner. Im sure that DEC spent for renting will be less versus your accumulated DEC gained per battle as long as you start with 100% ECR and grind at Silver League which has more DEC reward than Bronze League.

Final thoughts, play and try the game so you can experience the game because experience is the best teacher. You will learn gradually about positioning of monster and selection of additional monster, summoners etc. You will also know or discover your own meta deck to counter any other summoners. So, play splinterlands and do get experience and feel the thrill of this addictive game.
